Worst player I have seen play for the club in my twenty years watching Chelsea. It's amazing the praise he got in here for delivering some of the most embarrassing touches I have ever witnessed in a Chelsea shirt.
September 1, 20169 yr What a disappointment of a signing this turned out to be. He was too lightweight for the PL, but the bigger problem turned out to be his apparent unwillingness to adapt. There's no point in a player having every trick in the book if he just isn't interested. Contrast Moses - clearly a less talented player, but willing to do a job off the bench when called upon.
September 1, 20169 yr Not that I even saw any evidence of his supposed talent here either, he could barely run without the ball without falling over.
September 1, 20169 yr At least Torres left me with a few good memories, e.g. that night at NouCamp, that vital corner he won at the CL final.. I don't even remember Cuadrado touching the ball without falling down.

See that's the thing, for Fiorentina he was an excellent dribber and had fairly good ball control. I wonder how many of problems came from nerves and an apparent inability to adapt to the PL?

More accurately, it's like picking up the Sun, realising that Page 3 is missing and putting it back on the shelf for some other poor bar steward to buy
