Footage of Chelsea fans destroying tables and acting like thugs, of coarse the footage is four years old, but they couldn't find anything recent to try and discredit us with, so they had to dig around a bit this time. As disgusting as it is, it is genuinely pathetic for people to try and make this entire fan base look bad, whenever anything like this happens, all of us fans get lumped together and stereotyped, I've even seen a couple of plastic morons say I can't support the club anymore. When will people learn that as shocking as footage like this is, you cannot blame the entire fan base, because most of us are just as disgusted as everyone else.

I was there & that video doesnt show the whole picture, the tables & chairs collapsed under the weight of the fans who were stood on them singing, the pile that you can see is the aftermath of that, the few chairs being thrown on to the pile isnt how the whole lot got smashed.

 

10 mins later it was cleared up & the bars re-opened, no drama, no trouble, no arrests, no story.

Yep, they are getting really bad with all this internet stuff after a loss.  Remember last time they started a petition to have the ref banned from ever doing his job again.  This time they've started one to get Diego Costa deported....I kid you not

It was before the game.

While I obviously wasn't there, I did see a video of that exact same incident where the guy clearing up the mess is assaulted by a Chelsea fan, which I'm sorry is completely out of order and unacceptable.

It's after the Munich final, so the footage will be five years old in May, it just goes to show how desperate people are too attack our club or our fan base, they have to dig up footage that's nearly half a decade old. The video took a self righteous Liverpool fan I know mere seconds to conclude that apparently we are all the same and we are all thugs, funny thing is at least we are not sad enough to dig up footage of them behaving badly, because I'm sure it wouldn't take us long to find something. But of coarse, look at West Ham fans last year, mocked us ‘racist Chelsea fans’, then a week later a number of their fans were involved in a similar situation, does it get much media attention? No, but no conspiracy, we are never targeted are we.

Reminds me of the reports of chelsea destroying stuff in paris, accompanied by a photo of a clothing stand slightly out of place. Raucous.

Look at the comment section, I fear for human intelligence, I don't know why people have this need to generalise an entire fan base, it's not even a normal thing to do, yes we are all the same.

The bloke throwing the punch etc is an idiot.  I agree with that.  But the video doing the rounds is posted by Arsenal News and claims that all Chelsea fans are scum.  They've found a years old video with one bloke acting an idiot and using it to generalize.

 

As I said on FB to someone....I used to work a bar, and saw blokes throwing punches over the dumbest stuff.  Does that then mean that he and everyone associated with him are therefore idiots/scum/pricks whatever else.

I dont think its ok at all, point is its 4 years ago, it was stupid drunken behaviour the sort of which goes on every summer abroad by British youngsters, its not exactly crime of the century is it, i think you'll find we're hated as a club through the actions of the club itself not just by what a few drunken divs get up to abroad.

I know, a minority of people doing bad things will sadly always overshadow the good fans of this club, other clubs too, but anyone in a blue shirt behaving badly will always get media attention, because of this clubs stature and the fact we are just hated in Britain, we do get unfair and biased treatment. Of coarse their are videos of Hammers fans, gooners, Liverpool fans etc..behaving badly, but those videos attract less attention.
