Thought Fabregas and Cahill had blinders last night.

Both were good, although twice Cahill was turned by Lacazette in the box and we were fortunate not to concede.

thought it was a very boring game until the last half an hour. The first half especially was painfully dull. I agree a draw was a fair result but Conte got the team selection wrong here. Should have been a much easier game for us against Rob Holding and Calum Chambers ffs.

Not sure how anyone could have found that game boring. Thought it was great game to watch - although wasn't happy about how we let Ozil cause us so many problems in the first half.

And it would have been a much easier game had our striker not been so inept on the night.

But no way boring. Now the Spurs v West Ham game last night - THAT was boring. I lasted 20 minutes before nodding off.

Brilliant game & shame we never took all 3 points as thought we edged it over 90 mins. Morata is a quality striker but just came up against one of the best keepers in the world. When the Drog arrived, his 1st season was very quiet as he adapted to the pace of the premier league then the rest is history  The boy's doing ok so in time I'm sure he'll find his shooting boots.

What amazes me is how many recent PL goals seem to have been scored from distance. Zappacosta was unlucky at the death and WestHam and Spurs had one each. One wonders why we spend so much time weaving intricate patterns when we're desperate for a goal.

I know what you mean but we've not been to bad on goals from outside the box. Alonso,Pedro,Willian & Frank Zappa Costa. As you say instead of tip toeing around the box, cross it quicker to give morata the chance to use that lethal nut of his.

Real Madrid must be laughing all the way to the bank with the sale of Morata to Chelsea. He's good in the air and holding the ball up but scoring with his feet isn't  one of his fortes. Conte should have Morata in the gym building up his muscles and bulking him out because he's flimsy on the ball and gets knocked over by defenders too easily. Conte also needs to get Morata to practice one on one with the goalkeeper to hone his goalscoring tally. It's beyond me why Conte hasn't done either of these things. They would make Morata a better striker and would make Chelsea's job easier. 'Windbag' Wenger says it wasn't a penalty but he's yet again playing games trying to play the victim. Anywhere on the pitch that challenge is a foul and a free kick to Chelsea. In the penalty area it's a foul and a penalty. Wenger should look up the rules instead of talking BS.

These are the type of comments that annoys me. Real clearly have missed Morata this season. Look how many goals they have scored this season compared to last season. Benzema and Ronaldo have not even got 5 league goals IIRC. They both are struggling. Zidane acknowledged himself that Real may have made a mistake selling him as they are lightweight upfront, basically meaning Benzema has done f**k all. Few weeks ago, everyone was lauding him, now the knee-jerk reaction starts. We defo got the better deal than Real as they have been left with a declining Benzema who is struggling for goals in a much easier league. Let's look at the positives Morata has brought in and the positives certainly outweigh the negatives. Let's not take away the obvious, his finishing needs working on however other than that, he has been a top signing and will get better.

I can't even watch the highlights without getting depressed.

As someone who's a huge fan of Morata and wanted him here I have to say I'm losing confidence in him. I think he's a fantastic player, a very powerful forward. But whenever he's one on one I have no confidence in him at all, when he was one on one with Cech both times I knew he wasn't scoring, I didn't even get out of my seat. This isn't just a one-game thing, this has been the case all season with Morata, he missed two sitters against Stoke aswell, almost every game he's missing good chances.

Since Conte has no faith in Michy, do we perhaps go out and get another Striker to contend with Morata?

Oh absolutely, positives outweigh the negatives, but a striker who can't finish is worrying.

I've backed Morata from day one and I still am, but I'm losing confidence in him.

Let's not forget how much time Drogba spent falling over his own feet in the early days. Far from the finished article

Indeed. He fell over so much we won our first Title in 50 years.
