Great for Rangers. Kinda funny that Stevie G should lead them to success over bitter rivals Celtic bearing in mind the Liverpool / Celtic affiliation.

Hopefully he will stay and build on it and fair play as he has done a decent job but probably made a bit easier with Lennon f**king things up so royally. Be interesting to see if Celtic appoint a "bigger" name. As long as it's not Lamps!

I thought the same about the traditional Celtic and Liverpool affiliation too.

Mark Lawrenson was speculating about Klopp and if Gerard was selected to manage Liverpool would he take it. Lawro said it was probably too soon then added you don't say no to liverpool as you won't be asked twice. 

Congrats to Rangers. 10 years is a long wait, but it's worth the wait to see the club dominate the league this year.

I've always found it hard to reconcile that Gerrard became Rangers coach.

Credit where it's due, he's done an outstanding job for the club.

I'm right there with you Jezz, Stevie G was always the enemy, head bin dipper but I must admit he has done a job for Rangers and I will give him credit for that. Plus you just know all the celtic/liverpool scum are tied in knots over this.

Another big game tonight. Hope the players have sobered up since Sunday. I spoke to one of my cousins this afternoon and he lives in the staunch Rangers supporting town of Larkhall which is south of Glasgow. He had just about sobered up from the celebrations.

waved about the streets of Glasgow would have upset the SNP mindset  = two birds with one Stone in my book .

did well I thought - lacked a bit of energy which was inevitable after the title celebrations but controlled parts of the game. could have gone either way, great save from McGregor towards the end. would have taken 1-1 before it began, I think Rangers could get the job done at Ibrox next week, especially as this is now the main focus

Disappointing to see Rangers lose and have to say they were outplayed. Saying that some dodgy tactics from their players and was baffled that Kamara was booked in the first half. No arguments about Roofe's sending off. Will be interesting to know what was said to Kamara to upset him and start a 'disagreement' among the players.

Loads of fireworks at the start of the game. Must have bought all that was available in the shops in Glasgow. Roll on Sunday and playing the lot from the dark side.
