Would free up the funds, squad spaces and allow us to keep decent players who can do a job. Chalobah is currently on England squad duty at the WC and can do a job. No doubt he'll be sold, the owners want to sadle us with as much debt as possible.

A great partner for Colwill and a solid back three of Colwill, Lacroix and James. 12 minutes ago, bluelightening said:the priority should be getting the ones who dont play or are permanently injured off the books first.Who's to say they aren't a priority?Chalobah is the best CB we have outside of Colwill so it's no surprise he's the easiest to sell. The others will likely take all summer considering their wage to value is utterly shambolic.

Gawd they are so predictable .Im hoping Alonso derails this nonsense. Edited June 25Jun 25 by OTL
June 25Jun 25 Yes I will be interesting to see who comes out on top Xabi or the SD's. If the signings suddenly improve we will know.

In the league, absolutely not.

They can handle multiple things at once. Incidentally it's a lot easier to sell your trash closer to the window closing.

June 26Jun 26 I definitely get why people think Chalobah is good, it's because all of our other centre backs were so colossally sh*t that he looked the best of a bad bunch. I really like Trev as a person, but as a player he's just not very good.

June 26Jun 26 Big fan of Trev. We've served him some sh*t hands in recent years and he's never complained, always acted professionally. I'd be sad to see him go, but if he leaves I hope he has every success.
