Irony is in Livramento & Aina we had 2 youngsters who could cover both flanks, and we let them go. Ideally come the summer we will have to lose the wages of one of James/Chilwell/Cucurella and sign a fullback who can cover both flanks. Balde at Barca is quality and can play both flanks but I can’t see Barca selling without us offering a record fee. 

I agree it would be crazy to have 3 LB's. We would have to move on at least 1. But honestly, unless we have another youngster that can play LB, it is either sign another, or persist with Colwill or another player out of position.

I think Gallagher has been bang average most games though. But people usually see things through a different lense for certain players, a youth player with a good attitude and works hard is always going to get the benefit of the doubt compared to a newbie who has a massive price tag.

But we had Gallagher before, but the club and we the fans knew we needed a new DM and CM, that was why we bought Enzo and Caicedo.

Gallagher wasn't good enough, that was why we bought Enzo and Caicedo. Now the fans are changing, they want Gallagher, they don't want Enzo and Caicedo again.

The problem here is that people just like to keep changing, not that Gallagher is better than Enzo and Caicedo.

It's better to be consistent.

No I do think they are better players. 

But I think Gallagher has played better overall. That's not due to Gallagher playing amazingly well, that's due to the team being absolute w**k all season, that's why were in the bottom 10.

Check my previous posts, I've talked about why people are saying Gallagher is better than Enzo and Caicedo this season. He's not better than them. They are better than him.

Ramires was a good midfielder. He was a box to box player, he could make tackles and he could score goals. He was also a technical player, remember his goal against Barcelona.

Gallagher cannot score that kind of goal. How many goals has Gallagher scored for us this season?

FFS, bleeding circles because all this started because i merely stated an opinion that for me Enzo still appears to be overrated and i couldn't give a toss about comparing with any other players. For the player that he was touted as, world cup winner, young player of the tournament, Chelsea board allegedly disprespecting Declan Rice, missing out and then paying 100m for Enzo, I remain unimpressed with what we have seen thus far.

So what has he done this season to appear to be overrated? He lost possession at times in some matches, he can improve on that, but people shouldn't be talking about that at all, he did some other nice things, we can still stick with him, not bring in Gallagher for him.

We spent £1b in one year, we bought the players available, we shouldn't be talking about problems, the only problem in the team is Jackson, and Nkunku can replace him now.

It should be better times now. We should be talking of 15 wins in a row, we've had it before, if the fans will permit.

Watching the Gooners vs Hammers, wish we'd signed Kudus, when we were linked with him, he looks a right player.

Watch it again and watch our attacking link up. It was beautiful at times. Yes the finishing it lacking, as basically all season and last as well.

They score the only real chance they make, we waste 4 glorious ones.
