JUST SAY NO.

We do not need the cash from this sale.

Losing Robben no matter how injury prone will simply weaken us.

He is worth more than that any way.

And as for Calderon - his a lying, double dealing, slimy, snake in the grass and I he should be reported for his constant comments and undermining players and clubs with his ludicrous behaviour.

He's a disgrace frankly and totally odious.

But knowing us we will sell him, this after Kenyon has said he's not going anywhere.

Does anyone know how many minutes he has played for us in

the last three seasons?

I'm inclined to agree that getting 15mill for him would a good bit of business, but who would we replace him with?

Was it my imagination or when talking about wingers and how we are going back to a 4-3-3 Jose forget to mentioned SWP?

Hello haven't been around much lately. But I'm in here now, see me? That little table for one in the corner?

I'll have one order of the "I'm not really bothered Robben if went". Followed by the "I'm not convinced he's all that to be honest". And to finish I'll go with the "make it a round 15 mill and I'll drive him to Madrid from casualty myself".

As I said it's a table for one at the moment but others are welcome to join me if they want.

Selling Robben would be a big mistake.

Yes he is a whiny diving little bar steward and i hate the fact that he is unable to stay fit longer than a couple of months at a time.

He is also an exceptional talent, who stands out even in this star studded team and there's a reason he's wanted by Europe's top clubs.

I agree with all of the above!

And if we do sell him then please can we screw Real over the price.

If they really want him and we don't need the cash but decide to sell any way I want Calderon to swing in the wind a little first.

I will certainly join you for the starters. I am really not that bothered if he went because if he wants to go, then let him. If he wants to stay, let him. But if he stays when he would rather be in Madrid, then I think that is a huge mistake.

Just imagine how innefectual he would be when he's not totally committed. I think any knock to him and he would be clutching his ankle looking at the bench pleadingly.

I do think he is a great player, attacking wise, when he is on form, but personally I think his form is far to sporadic. Also, if they were to offer over 20 mill for him, I say take it. We would then maybe see more of Malouda and Joey Cole, which I don;t think is a bad thing

Good goal, I am not denying that the lad has talent, but that was a couple of seasons ago, and to be honest, he really is few and far between in his ability to score goals, or put in solid, consistant performances like those he did when he first joined us.

I am merely making the point that IF we got a substantial offer, when he doesn't really seem to bothered about playing for us, then let him go

I say we knock them back very publicly and at the same time offer robbena new contract he cant say no to!! Just not a player we can afford to loose IMO

With you all the way Barak. We need the creativity (even off the bench) more than we need the money. Even if he's only fit for half the season, he's a creative option we can use to change a game. And unless we brought in someone to replace him, we need to keep him.

JUST SAY NO!

To often people moan about our so-called lack of flair, yet we are considering letting our best flair player leave. If he does go? which is starting to unfortunatly for us look likely, we should be getting a hell of a lot more money for him. Madrid have just paid ?19m for a centre half, and Robben was one of Calderone's election promises so he should pay up.

I dont know a lot about Malauda, but i still hope we keep Robben. I hav'nt heard him say he wants to leave, only that he is flattered by Madrids interest. I just read we want ?17m for him and will compromise at ?16m.

?16m plus Robhino please or fu*k off!

c'mon lads - on his day the guy is a great player, but when was the last time he had 'his day' ? jan 2005 ?

with the cash we could get someone who actually plays more than one game in three, someone who gives his all, someone who passes the ball and someone who doesnt have glass legs

16 million ? id take it .

I just dont see it as an offer we cant refuse, how many world class left wingers aged 23 out there do you know. And how much would the team he plays for want from Roman for his services?

He's had a tough time with injuries we all know that but an injury free season and anything like his best form and his value doubles.

I'd keep him even if he is used sporadically this season. Let him come of the bench and change games once Malauda has worked hard for an hour. Plus JM has said he does'nt want him to go so if Kenyon sells him it undermines what the manager wants.

I think ?20m should be the starting point too. We dont have to sell so if they want him they should pay top dollar for him. I know we have had to enough times.

BJD I know the chances of him staying injury free are slim, that does'nt mean he cant still be an extremely valuable member of our squad next season, so if he is allowed to leave it should be for the best possible price.

Knowing us though he'll wind up at Newcastle on loan or something.

Show me another player worth 13 million who can do that.

wasnt that 2 years ago, and wasnt it against newcastle? If he played for us, united or arsenal you lot would slag him off i have no doubt. If he was a liverpool player and we were offered anything like ?15m, i'd be very disappointed if we didnt bite their hands off and gift wrap him.

Why why why are we doing this?

Calderon is desparate to fulfill one of their election promises - get Robben.

Calderon is an oily snake who should have been put out of his misery years ago.

Robben is a highly talented, young, fast, winger who yes gets injured a lot but when not injured is feared by opposition teams for the damage he can do.

We are supposedly going to play with wingers next year according to Bruce Buck and Jose and so the smart idea one would think is to keep hold of Robben!

But no.

We are going to sell him for a pathetically low price given the desparation of Madrid and instead of telling Calderon "sure you can have him for ?25 million and if you can't afford it then bugger off!".

We are further proving that we are a selling club and that what Peter Kenyon can't be trusted to say anything truthful.

MU buy Tevez and we sell Robben in the very same week....how apt.

They gain another play maker and we lose a winger - when we are going to be using more wingers this year...again how sensible.

They gain a flair player for the fans to enjoy, we lose a winger who injury free is a joy to watch (when he's not diving!) and can add to our threat to the opposition.

Crazy.

OK.

Now, be warned, this second one is extremely painful. You may vomit. But there is no arguing it is a very tasty finish for one so young in such a big game.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHDiOvZwZTo

Here's a list.

Younger.

Doesn't get injured as much as Mr R, (let's face it who does?).

Can tackle.

Doesn't go missing in the bigger games, (generally).

90% of Rottenham fans would throw themselves off a tall building if he came to us.

He's worth chasing for the last one alone!
