I would have Mata in the team however bad his tracking back and tackling.The man is brilliant.The same goes for Luiz,sure he does the odd daft thing but again a brilliant player.I am not Morinho though and he sees it differently.I hope i am wrong but i think both will be sold and we will live to regret it.

Hope he has a speedy recovery.With youth on his side i am sure he will bounce back.All the best Marco.

Will be a tough match,Spuds are playing well and are a strong team.This is the team i would go with Cech,Ivanovich,Cahill,Terry,Cole,Mikel,Ramirez(if abs Luiz(with instructions not to be a pratt),Schurlle,Oscar,Hazzard,Torres.I dont think Mata is at his best or i would have him in.Eto,o to me is not sharp enough and Torres deserves his chance.It looks like Ramirez is injured so i would go with Luiz,for his energy around the pitch.However he must show more discipline at times.If he wants to become a complete player he must learn from silly actions on the pitch.That said i love him to bits.Also ivanovich is a better player than Azpi at this moment.I would take the draw but even if we lose i bet we finish above them.

Ramirez has been a good player for us but i wish he could be more accurate with his passing.Great engine and a tireless worker.His finishing at times is superb.I like him.Pirlo,no,too old.Also the English game wouldnt suit,especially at this stage of his career.We need to look at an under 25 if we do decide to buy imo.

I really like Mikel.If he can show consistancy and perhaps more composure in his shooting i will be even happier.Glad he scored at last,lets have a few more Jon Obi.

Torres over Eto,o for me at the moment.We might not be playing well but we are top of the league and Jon Obi scored,cant be bad.

Frank needs a rest and Ash isnt playing anywhere near the level he can play at,same goes for Eden.I would go with Cech,Azpi,Luiz,Terry,Bert,Mikel,Ram,Mata,Oscar,Hazzard(worth another chance)Torres(please have a good game ffs)I like Ivan but we should have a look at Azpi imo

We have problems that we need to overcome sure but pointing the finger at players like Cech and Cahill is wrong imo.Cole on the other hand needs a rest.If you dont take your A game to Goodison,you lose and the same in the Champions league(whoever you play)We have the players but not the right formation as yet.Jose will get it right,be patient.

Fantastic player just having a dip in form at the moment.Class is permanent,so no worries from me.

Two defeats on the trot always gives cause for concern.Luckily its early in the season.I thought we became way too stretched in the second half and are lacking firepower.Its hard to take because its two sides we know we should be beating,If one of our forwards doesnt start scoring it will make things difficult.Cole needs a rest,Hazard can play a lot better than that and Van Ginkle is not quite there yet imo.

Good team selection.Looking forward to see Willian and Eto,o should be sharper.Azpi will get game time soon im sure.Come on Chels!

Funny how we all see the same game so differently.I thought by his own standards Ash had a poor game and i really expected Fernando to be a lot better when he came on.We still should have sewn up the game in the first half imo.

Its a squad game.Players showing tiredness will be rested.I will leave team selection to Jose.Really looking forward to seeing Willian and Eto,o will get sharper.Ash looks a bit tired of late ,maybe he could do with a rest.

I thought Barry should have been booked quite early on but Webb was poor in spotting the continual late tackles.Mikel is a much better player imo.We were guilty of not taking our chances and on another day could have been clear by half time.Eto will get sharper.To have 21 goal attemts at Goodison and come away with nothing says it all.One of those days.Oh and if Webb is one of our top referees we need some new ones.

Mikel for me.He looked calm and assured throughout.Needs to work on working the keeper,especially when given time and room to shoot, but others were far more wasteful imo.

My team earlier in this thread was very tongue in cheek.Cant see too many changes to be honest and expect a tough game.Everton are no mugs.Any victory will do me.They will take points from some of the top sides at Goodison.

Future captain and a great player.Of course Barca would like him,i bet they would like Hazard as well,tough.

Well said bjd.So glad Jose is in charge and making the decisions and not some of the contributors off of here.So spoilt its unreal.

I trust Jose to make the calls.I think he needs more game time and he wont get it here.Moses is the same.Far more important we have kept the likes of Mata and Luis.It might be a good time to get behind the strikers we have instead of continually slagging them off.
