  1. He usually improves team with work rather than signing players. I give you an example: in his second season Higuain went to Mafia after scoring 36 goals and his replacement (Milik) got a serious injury after a month, for a while we had a lot of offensive problems, then at the end of season we finished with 4 points more and record of goals in the history of the team.
  2. Sarrista, then? I think Kovacic is adapt to play there, but he is just a beginner for what I saw in the last match, he has to learn a lot of things to play well, but his loan will end before that. Honestly, Jorginho is the last problem of Chelsea, I've read a lot of people talking about him like he was the most dangerous player. Jorginho builds up the action, recovers a lot of balls, especially in the opposite half, he does his job, although the level of organization around him is very low and he's in trouble for this reason. I've read a lot of bullsh*ts, like "Sarri doesn't have a plan B", but what do you mean for 'plan B'? Staying lower on the pitch, playing with more counter-attacks and so on? Then, it's true, he hasn't THIS plan B. If you mean 4-4-2, 4-2-3-1 and so on, this is a bullsh*t. In Empoli his team played with 4-3-1-2, in Naples he changed into 4-3-3 after just three matches and in the last year, when Milik was available (very few times because of his injury), he played sometimes with 4-2-3-1. Numbers aren't the problem, but this team lacks basics tools to play with this idea of football, whatever system he adopts. Sarri's teams play in a cooperative way, right team work movements in the right time. Changing system would make things just more confused. I'm just hoping you will be patient enough, because it is worth the risk.
  3. Kante as DM is not compatible with Sarri's idea of football. He wants to build up from the lowest part of the pitch and Kanté can't do that job. If you want him to play there, you don't want to play with this idea of football.
  4. I think that the most important problem is what players do off the ball rather than with. I can't say anything to Hazard when he has the ball, but in this system he moves off the ball like a child, always going to the ball to recevie on his feet, no matter the position of the ball and his teammates.
  5. It was obvious that striker wasn't the only problem. This team can't play in the opposite half.
  6. I think Kante-J8-Kovacic will be the midfield trio.
  7. We can't stay only with Pedro, Hazard and Willian as wingers. Is it for June or is there a possibilty to call Pulisic sooner?
  8. I don't think so. You need at least 4-5 players.
  9. Very good signing for me. But CMs and fullbacks are the same, so I don't think there will be a huge improvement.
  10. Unlike Serie A, Liga is a regular competition. It isn't Sarri's fault.
  11. Take a look at Napoli-Lazio to appreciate different technical qualites of two last Sarri's teams.
  12. I wish it. Let's fix one of the problems. That would be a terrible mistake thinking is the only one.
  13. It depends on what you mean for 1 dimensional. He will always try to dominate possession and to play in the opposite half, this will never change for him and, at now, this is the problem with these players who could do better playing lower on the pitch.
  14. Lackness of a finisher isn't the only problem. You need a set of players to fit this system, otherwise you didn't sign Sarri, but another manager. Sarri with different way of football isn't Sarri.
  15. Sarriballl needs offensive fullbacks and mifielders first of all (Ghoulam, Hamsik, Zielinski), not these players.
  16. According to Marca, Higuain is going to come.
  17. Defensively great performance, as usual.
  18. How can you like Barkley? He is awful from techical point of view.
  19. Defensive fullbacks, defensive midfielders, you can't play in this way with Azpilicueta, Alonso, Kante and Barkel all together. You need offensive players but you are trying to sign another defensive midfielder. Striker is not the only problem.
  20. Barella is a runner whit good techincal qualities, he can play in the central position, but whit Sarri he would be play essentially as CM.
  21. Spending that money for a defensive midfielder, despite offensive problems, would be a very very stupid signing for me. I like Barella, but he would be just a Kante's backup. It's really surprising that Napoli and Chelsea who have best DMs in the world are trying to sign him, maybe it's fault of parisien pressure for both of them.
  22. Honestly I don't understand, you need a different type of midfielder, like Milinkovic Savic.
  23. Easy. Put Ghoulam, Insigne and Hamsik instead of Alonso, Willian and Barkley and you will have Sarriball. Sarriball was strongly based on those three players, possession needs quality players to perform. Except for Fabregas, there isn'tanyone in this team (neither Hazard) very good in last passes or crosses.
