chelseaFanLA got a reaction from Spiller86 in Official Thomas Tuchel *Now Sacked*You're kidding yourself if you think that the current owner doesn't care about the team as much as the Russian owner might have. Do you realize that the players who are on the current squad, outside of the players that were just brought in, were pretty much all part of the previous ownership. Do you also realize that TT's offensive scheme has sucked everywhere and he has been sacked at two of the other football giants and top teams in their league.
You can say what you want about Pulisic but the truth is he was NOT favored under TT. The guy is still only 23 so you're talking about a player with a wealth of potential that lost his spot due to injury and has been plagued with injuries thus not been given a fair shot to reclaim it. One can also argue that he's not of the quality to regain it which I would agree with but the personality differences with TT, who hates to be called out by ANY player (see Lukaku), was a big reason for this. You can honestly tell me that the offense is tidy and aggressive and the goals are flowing? So why not give Pulisic the chance he has plenty of quality and has shown glimpses of his ability. But not for only 15-20 minutes a match, that's a hard proposition for any player.
Lastly, one thing many fail to mention, is that the VAR decision on the weekend should not have reversed that goal. I don't care who you support this is incontestable. So that too should have been a draw vs. a win. This squad under TT will go nowhere, so why not try this same squad under Potter, the results certainly can't be worse.

chelseaFanLA got a reaction from haidertalal in Chelsea v Man City (CL Final) 29/05/21 KO 20:00 BSTHavertz incredible game. He was all over the field. He and CP10 were poetry in motion even though another goal never came. Really have to tip the cap to all the lads and especially the coach. Full team effort here. Champions of Europe!

chelseaFanLA got a reaction from EdinburghBlue in Chelsea V Leicester FA Cup Final 15/5/21correct. TT has a lot of blame for this. the subs came on late, the team was more lively and almost scored twice (even did once which was negated) and without the changes those chances wouldn't have happened. disappointing to say the least, Werner is better served as a sub in my personal opinion though I'm guessing with his pace he will be starting again in CL finals. pretty certain Kepa won't

chelseaFanLA got a reaction from PhilH930 in Chelsea V Leicester FA Cup Final 15/5/21why is everyone btiching about Kepa when we have gotten NO shots on goal in the 2nd half. you can't win with ZERO goals and can't score with ZERO shots on goal

chelseaFanLA got a reaction from LongtimerLurker in Chelsea V Leicester FA Cup Final 15/5/21Pulisic absolutely needs to come on. it's not just about his pace, skill, scoring ability but also about his chemistry with Mount. they are lethal together and the delivery even to Werner will be far better. on the other hand, Werner needs to be able to finish and if he continues like this I'd expect Giroud and/or Havertz to see the field shortly

chelseaFanLA got a reaction from Oli in Chelsea V Leicester FA Cup Final 15/5/21i feel like the one thing missing is energy up front with Pulisic and/or Havertz. they should come on in the 2nd half and this should be a different type of attacking style. Just hope TT has them in the plans for the Champs League final...they change the dynamic so much especially Pulisic's pace and skill

chelseaFanLA got a reaction from Jezz in Chelsea v Real Madrid (CL Semi-Final 2nd leg) Wed 5th May 2021 20:00 GMTfirst posting here...can't speak more highly about this team. truth is spoken in many posts: Lampard one of best ever, as a coach maybe not as well rounded as TT but that's b/c he played for so long at such a high level. without some of the predecessors including Lampard there would be no Havertz or Mount nor Pulisic if not for Sarri. i do feel had Pulisic started perhaps the game would have been decided with some better finishing but that's splitting hairs. must give MASSIVE credit to TT for pulling the right strings at the right time...that Pulisic pass was sublime drew out the Madrid backline/keeper then set it up on a tee for Mount.
incredible performance.
