  1. Haven't been on here in a while. Hope you're all well. Reece James is a f**king monster; Roman, you'll be missed; We're being bought by Conor McGregor and we're going on a f**king jolly. 'Ave it.
  2. I'm not watching another Chelsea game he starts in, end of. It's not good for my mental health and I literally end up screaming at the fat, useless lazy c**t for 90 minutes. 100% Tuchel is being forced to play this absolute fraud due to the hierarchy not wanting egg on their face; if any of them had any f**kcing bollocks they'd ship him off in the summer for a cut price, put Broja in there and start afresh. Not even kidding ref. watching another game; I'll cancel my Sky Sports and spend that money on watching Newport County at the Parade; f**king disgraceful. c**t.
  3. That one little moment just now 65th minute where Mount presses the Spurs defence with Rom just stood there nonchalantly even though he's closer is unacceptable; get that f**king prick out of this side and ship him off for the love of God. How is he still on the pitch? He's been absolutely f**king useless. Donkey is an overstatement.
  4. Awful. Boring. Dire. Dross. We were incredibly stale anyway prior to James and Chilly going, now we look like they all pass to each other hoping for a f**king miracle; Lukaku yet again being wasteful and just genuinely poor.
  5. That penalty decision is the most pathetic I have ever seen in my life. Absolutely stinking; completely killed off a great performance from Palace. Football has become disgusting.
  6. I. Give. Up. Havertz and Werner should be in that team. Lukaku in the team AGAIN, after doing the square root of completely f**k all. It's so obvious that TT is being pressured in to making things happen for him.
  7. I have to add that I'm speaking only in a current state of utter football depression at what's happened since we've lost James and Chilly. Completely agree ref. the urgency and directness. Although if this Liverpool side had lost Trent and Robbo, I guess the Scouse would all be moaning and groaning like me; so fundamental to their play. How many fcuking chances do Palace need to grab a lifeline here by the way!?!
  8. Liverpool really do play some absolutely scintillating football and all with a team that doesn't have a single prima donna; what a team. I long to be able to watch our £1billion team be able to play football even a fraction of Klopp's level.
  9. We have absolutely zero chance of signing him; akin to the Haaland rumours that were all over this board. Forget about it and move on. If I were to bet he will be the BIG signing United will make in the summer, he's exactly what they need to turn their corner and start challenging for titles again.
  10. The simple answer is; don't f**king play the guy. The board have to take responsibility as well and accept that he is NOT cut out for this team, this league and this level of football; his season in Italy against 'poor in comparison' defences and in a team built to stroke his horrendously obnoxious ego has conned us. TT is facing the problem that he knows Lukaku shouldn't be sniffing anywhere near an appearance unless a game is done and dusted but can't freeze him out because the childish and arrogant one will start bleating, bitching and moaning to all possible outlets that will listen to his drivel. Why should TT change a system for him? He has proved absolutely nothing to justify TT revamping an entire team; Lukaku stinks the place out and we are a far more effective team without him. It wont happen but if the club had a set of bollocks that actually sides with the blatantly f**king obvious side for once, that this isn't the manager, proceeding to have a quiet word in the ear of big Rom 'were sorry fella, but this isn't quite working so we will he listening to offers in the summer'. Pack the lads bags, accept your losses and for f**k sake, move on. Bring Broja back in and maybe try and scout out someone that is younger, hungrier and would actually put a shift in for the shirt. Literally hate what we've become this season after such a promising transition and a lot of it has come down to Romelu Lukaku.
  11. Get him gone in the summer for f**ks sake; let him go back to Italy. This has been one of the biggest transfer mistakes in a long time. Just completely kills any forward pressing alongside an effective style of play we had before him. He’s akin to Ronnie at United; luxury player which sacrifices every good part of the team.
  12. I’m sorry but this is an absolute f**king embarrassment. Genuinely. How the f**k have we gone from playing them off the pro last year to being sat behind 10 men with them having 70% of the ball. I’m turning it off; we’re not even trying to give them a game. Shambles.
  13. Not being funny but judging from the line-up alone today, plus the fact City have had a much less ‘sick’ stricken run-in than us, it would be an embarrassment for Pep to not grab 3 points. Alonso and Azpi against City’s wide players today is a disaster waiting to happen.
  14. Aww don’t do that; had me welling up over here reminiscing about how disgustingly good he was. If Eidur was in the modern game he’d be worth an absolute fortune. He would have been the missing jigsaw piece for a Pep at City, Eidur was the definition of a hybrid number 9 who had the f**king lot. What a player.
  15. Do you know what is utterly depressing about the Lukaku situation? We genuinely all thought he’d returned from Italy a completely new player; he was never going to return and go back to his former self was he? Surely not? Aside from the honeymoon period at the start of the season, I can’t help but think that we’re going to be left with the most underwhelming, undesirable, couldn’t hit a barn door frontline out of the entirety of all of our competitors; there is f**king no chance we spend big again this Summer or even 18 months down the line due to the ridiculous amount spent on this door stop. Honestly, yet another absolute stinker of a transfer to add to the the rest of them. I don’t think many appreciate here but the reason why we’ve sat where we have and won in Europe is purely down to Tuchel and the coaching, alone. The guy hasn’t got a single forward in double figures. Stinking for him.
  16. That’s the difference between us and Liverpool. Our forwards are sh*te, theirs? Not sh*te.
  17. He wouldn’t get the same stick in Italy because over there he bullies players, has an easier demand on him and in general, is a lot more of a threat against the quality of player he comes up against.
  18. Can you actually imagine if this had come out in a parallel universe and he was playing under Sir Alex… he’d never wear the shirt again and would be off in the summer. In my opinion; let him go back. He’s been a disaster. He gives it the big lick that he’s a multi dimensional striker but in all honesty, he’s exposed in this league just as he was at United. You have to be relentlessly consistent to be a top player in England; he isn’t that person.
  19. I for one won't be complying with any measures should they come in. I've had my vaccines and boosters, I've worn masks, I've complied explicitally with other lockdowns; this time, however, they can f**k off. I don't think I'll be the only one either. Especially from people in my generation. Us 90s babies and beyond get stick from the older generation for our 'selfishness' and 'careless' attitude towards society; yet we're not the ones that have been fortunate enough to have our livelihoods put on the back burner in order to protect the older societies. Enough is enough; if those who want a lockdown from their nice mortgage-free house, on their nice retirement package or in their nice high salary jobs; let them, the rest of us are gonna crack on and try build a future for ourselves. No more to it. No more to the f**king disastrous effect it has on mental health. No more to living in constant fear of something that will be with us until the end of time. All these governments around the world locking down their societies on modelling and opinions of Scientists; when in reality, none of their f**king models have come true. They can all f**k off back to their private estates and hide behind the sofa (of course they won't be, they'll be out socialising with their colleagues while all the poor sheeple curtain twitch for the next 2 weeks). c**ts.
  20. Hmm, for the first time since Frank still had the reigns I've started to have significant doubts about our current situation. Going back a few weeks, Chelsea were being lauded and Tuchel, rightly so, being placed on the higher echelons of football management. We are now at a crossroads; We were teetering near it over the past fortnight with some sloppy results, last night has delivered. Tuchel has some big decisions to make. The defensive solidarity of playing with the 3-at-the-back system has weakened, if anything, exposed... What was a legitimate answer to shouts of 'we don't score enough!', gone! Significant injuries DO play a huge part in this recent run, this can't be ignored, however, Tuchel must now take on board these considerations and adjust! We can't score for love the money with over a quarter of a billion pounds worth of assets currently occupying those positions; for me, embarrassing; there has been either a.) significant failings in recruitment, b.) significant lack of desire from the players or c.) some shoddy coaching. It's probably all 3. Combine this lack of threat with a defence that has now began to shake, it's a recipe for disaster! We can not be relying on Mason Mount to be our top scorer. We do need a change of formation, we do; it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out. However, if we turn to a back 4, Rudiger becomes the biggest defensive liability in England, Christensen turns in to a nervous wreck at having an ounce of responsibility, Thiago Silva's lack of pace WILL get exposed and Chalobah is far too young to command that position for this side, currently. Tuchel has a nightmare scenario, NIGHTMARE. This can only be fixed with buying in the summer. IMO (you'll can me for this), let Rudiger go, free up the salary; he's not all that. Bring in a solid CB in the summer that CAN hold down a back 4. Ride the wave with a back 3 currently AND for the rest of the season. Play for top 3 and a push in Europe. We WILL get back to a relative stability when key midfield players return and HOPEFULLY, a fit Chilwell. This system (as nicely said by a United fan) works when you have class players playing it; Kante and Kovacic coming back in completely changes the team. Add Chillwell to the left and all of a sudden, we're a different animal. Perhaps, bring an offensive coach in? Don't expect miracles though; we genuinely may have duff players who are exposed embarrassingly at this level; who knows? Either way, lets back TT, let's give him time. It's not doom and glooming. We're competing with teams that have had 5/6 years worth of establishment and arguably the greatest manager of THIS generation. We can't ever be compared to City, that would be like comparing Liverpool to an 04/05 Chelsea, they're poles apart! We can get there, but it isn't going to happen by going back to square one, sacking Tuchel and hiring the next fancy manager for a 'new manager bounce' to carry us to a trophy. Patience. Project. Along with that, f**king annoyingly sh*t performances like last night. TL;DR - We're sh*t, not that sh*t, in order to stop being sh*t it isn't going to happen overnight.
  21. Commentator keeps mentioning how badly we wanted to play Lukaku. f**k me the COVID particles causing his positive test would have put more of a shift in.
  22. At least when ya team is playing badly in general this sh*t just makes you laugh
  23. Spot on really this post. I might add my analysis to the situation because I'm bored out of my skull in work. We don't have anyone that can consistently cut the line of defence from midfield, it is infuriating. I believe the difference between us and City is their ability to pass through the lines. They have incredible passers of the ball; how many times do we see De Bruyne break the line? Silva break the line? Gundogan? The list is endless. They have forward passes across the midfield. We are lucky to see one genuine through ball every couple of games that results in a goal. Most of the time we are, as Gol said, relying on fullbacks putting balls in to the box or CB's bumbling their way to a goal. We can harp on about Lukaku, Werner, Havertz as much as we like, heck I've been the biggest critic of Havertz; however, their supply lines from midfield are practically non-existent in this team. We have a very good counter-pressing midfield, they are very solid at carrying the ball but that's as far as it goes. I can full on guarantee you put either of those 3 players in the Man City team, for example, they're firing on cylinders; these aren't poor players, they're just being expected to feed off scraps. The same would have happened if we'd signed Haaland, he'd have no supply. It is ESSENTIAL we develop and bring a Gilmour/Gallagher back in to this team; both of which I think have the potential to unlock far more opportunities than any of our current midfield. Big statement I know. Either that, or we genuinely try and find ourselves a gem in the summer. We got away with it last year, we essentially resulted to sheer will and desire to win the CL; the teams we played couldn't live with that energy. As we move forward and our players tire (inevitably) and injuries happen (inevitably), the weaknesses in our forward play are getting exploited. We will not win the PL title until we start to get our forwards scoring goals and in order to fix that, we don't need to replace them all with £100m players, the problem lies in midfield.
  24. I’m not saying it is; merely that City tend to force teams to rollover by turning up. We played Palace at the start of the season, by the way…
