Partially agree on that. What if tuchel want hakimi on the lb ( 100m now) and rice as dm (100m) and haaland another 150 m with wages and new central defender delight another 100m. You know they can only buy him only 1 player.  You know that this won’t be possible and he have to use the player that he have at their best abilities. This year we rarely use player on their best position : pulisic as wingback or azpi as wingback when you have reece.
 

The more important question is should a  manager build to minimize player weakness or maximize strength? 

Our attackers would flourish in another system so if they go into the other team that use real forward or with creative midfielder.

Maybe Tuchel will surprises us again with Havertz and Timo combination 😩. We will see another lovely combination football and sidepassing. The bonus will be this time Alonso lost concentration and we lose with another 0-1 and Tuchel make sup @ 70 min Lukaku for mendy to make a statement .

About Lulaku i don’t agree. Your set up with him on the field is not working ether pass more ball to him or find a way to include him in your game. Others attackers aren’t that great with this systems. So chznge the f**king way we are playing …

Actually I’m getting less convinced by TT. Listen to the comments from Tammy in midweek. He seems to have favoured players and simply doesn’t get the best out of others. I don’t care what people say about Lukaku, this manager should be able to get something out of him. Managers like Klopp seem to improve all the players in his squad.

Havertz can't start the next game, Tuchel has to send a message here. That was the most embarrassing performance I've seen by one of our players in years. 

He is not a cf wonder when we realise this.

I don’t he is the only one that  out of cohesion with the rest. Kante, jorginho, sarr, christensen and alonso. No real forward will succeed @ chelsea because if the way we play in midfield. Look at man u they adept the game to ronaldo … it can go both way.

I still don't think we should give up on him yet. Havertz is clearly the right choice through the middle at the moment but there is no denying we don't play to Lukaku's strengths just like we don't really play to Timo's. 
Sure you can use him as a target man but he is much more than that. I'm also not certain these rumours are nothing more than media speculation used to dusrupt us before a final. 
Finding a way to get the best out of all of our forwards remains an issue. Ziyech ans Mount to date are the only ones who have really found any consistent form. Rather than giving up on him I'm sure TT is trying to find a way to get gim back to the form he showed at the start of the season.
I don't think irs much of a coincidence that his form fell off after the loss of our starring wbs. Having James back will imo make a difference to Lukaku. 
With all that said though its on him to show a desire and workrate to make this move work. 7 touches in a match isn't only down to him, if he isn't revieving a pass, but he needs to involve himself more.
Havertz is in perpetual motion compared to Rom's static movement. Hopefully he learned something from Kai in the midweek game and can incorporate it into his own play. True players after getting dropped have a fire lit and show the desire to get back into the team. If he really wants to be here we will know soon enough from his performances for the rest of the season. 
Make no mistake though he has still scored some important goals for us this season and I see no reason not to supporr him still considering he is a Chelsea player, we've moved on from the interview so now is the time for him to justify his pricetag as a big game player which until the crystal palace game those couple of goals in the CWC were an indication he was on the right track.

I Think Tuchel needs to think about how to handle the attacking plays. Ether we keep playing conservatieve, no risk pass to  the forwards , keep preventing opponents from turnover, we win matchen by 1-0 , not winning any big cups because the forwards will not score more then 5 goals = very boring matches to come and watch.Timo will miss a lot of chances, Kai will score 2 in 20 matches and Lukaku won’t touch the ball.
Or we adept and take more risk playing forward passes with Alonso and risk some mistakes because he is way better then Sarr. Sarr can’t build up( reason why opposition leave him free), pass and shoot.
and use Azpi or Cholobah who I believe will do fine on the RB because he can shoot, crosses, can give forward passes and importantly he likes to make his forward run.

People only want looking for a reason to blame a player. If you really looking @ the fact that we play 4 CD in this formation then you should see why are bad today. And Kante is not AM and changing pulisic because he has 1 good game in that position with Kai.
It’s like playing Footbal managers 10 years ago and playing players out of their positions.

our system of 343 need the winger to come up and over and you can’t do that with Sarr and Christensen and waiting for a decent cross. You play with 10 player anyway because Sarr can’t pass the ball let alone shoot it in the goal. 

The system is just bad. After a win we change back from 4141 to 343 . You don’t have to player for that so why keep
trying… Sarr as a leftback sorry that is too much why bring Kennedy back and rate him high but don’t use him.
i heard people saying to go back to 343 with Havertz as false 9. Wake up people don’t you see he is out of shape, form and he is not happy performing. Reece and Ben still out and Kante is not the same Kante of last year.
mount is also out of form. We haven’t started with the same lineup for more 2 matches. Forwards need to play more often together and they need the ball from the back.

He may have inherited someone else's side but the players he has are hardly sh*te. The French and German leagues can't be compared to the EPL in terms of intensity.  Look at the attacking riches he has, and he still hasn't got a tune out of either of them a year later. Is that bad management or unexplainably all our attacking players are out of form all at the same time...that is hard to believe.  The talent we have is the envy of many teams yet we struggle to break down teams or play with any creativity in the final 3rd which is where it counts.  Winning trophies is one thing, boring the f**k out of fans is another.  

Why put kante and Jorginho if they can’t control the middle and giving away the balls all the time both of your controlling midfielder giving ball away. 

At some point though you have to start looking at the manager.
Does he need 5 defenders when we need to score?
Which of his 3 subs is an attacking one?

While Lukaku has been rubbish, Tuchel has to take some responsibility for our poor attacking play too. He picks the team and has other options available. We have no attacking edge under Tuchel.

No decent crosses , you can’t expect Lukaku to get his head into Sarr cross. Haverts play well but didn’t any combination with Lukaku and ziyech pass to Lukaku
