In a way, the more I think about it the more I think "good riddance". Slightly overboard perhaps, but part of me thinks Mourinho had a hidden agenda. The sudden and blatant change in our play makes me think he deliberately had the team play a superficial "attacking style" while neglecting some other areas. Mourinho does many things for himself. He wanted to be able to say, 3, 6 months in, or even at the end of the season, "See, you want attractive football. It cannot win you anything." Taking into consideration his ego and how he left (obviously out of spite), I wouldn't put it past him.

Thanks for the titles Mourinho (really), but it was time. Oh well. He did take over a good squad already capable of challenging. Gradually he removed players whom he felt weren't crucial who would be identified with his predecessor. The only big name he felt was needed was his. Destroyed the balance in the squad, left us with huge bills to pay, and huge problem making goals. Thanks for that also.
