This is the thing, when I selected the tickets (there was a listing with 2 quantity), I scrolled the bar down and selected myself for both tickets. I would have thought if I was not allowed to do this it would not have let me proceed with payment, and then send me an email confirming the order and then another confirming the transaction. I have an email naming me as the person to release tickets to and the quantity of 2, so i will play up if they deny me them both.

what I mean mate is, because I have only got one membership will they allow me to have two tickets? I know viagogo sold them to me, but i just have a dodgy feeling.

ok I brought a pair of villa tickets (£129!) on viagogo to be picked up from the box office tomorrow. Although viagogo have confirmed the transaction and the two tickets were listed in the same sale, i am worried that when I go to pick them up they wont let me take them with only my membership. can somebody please put my mind at rest, as viagogo don't seem to have a number to ring. cheers.

Went to uni at wolves, so know a fair bit about the place. As Bovis said, a majority of pubs in the city centre are home fans only but it really does depend how lucky you are on the day and if your wearing chelsea colours. The places I wouldn't even bother with are Varsity, Royal London, hogs head and obviously the wanderer The great western and moreton arms are usually good, or you could always just go into birmingham as it's literally a 10-15 minute train journey. Also if anybody is driving and will be arriving early and doesn't fancy paying for all day parking, go down Lomas street (student accomodation road WV1 1QU) and park it right down the end of the street next to Inverness house. Some home fans park there but it seems not many people know about it, so will save you a few quid if you get there early. Also keep a low profile going through the infamous subway at the end of the match when we inevitably smash them :angry:

I really want to as i hate utd, and as much as i feel bitter tonight, it's towards uefa and the referee rather than barca. It just feels that uefa have had us over and i couldn't bear to think about Platini happy if barca win the final. So basically, i don't think i could pick a team that i'd prefer to win the final. I will say though, am i the only person who seems to think we outclassed barcelona over the two legs? it seemed to me that barca 'dominated' us the same way that arsenal 'dominate teams', alot of useless passing across the park. It seemed that our chances over both legs were alot more clear cut and really should have put this tie to bed with the chances we had tonight. Hiddink is clearly a master of the game and i think his choice of tactics made us the better side overall.

I personally would put Bosingwa on messi and ivanovich on the right. As someody else has said, i believe the main threats are xavi and iniesta and think we simply must have essien playing centre mid to TRY and deal with that. I'm just praying we don't get turned over at camp nou, because if we don't, i really believe we'll progress. I'd settle for a 2-1 loss. Just remembering back to the last 16 tie a few years back in barcelona, and just hope its not another game of defending on the edge of our own 18 again, as i was a bag of nerves the whole match. c'mon chelsea!

no chance, I wanted utd to win today purely so it hurts liverpools chances.

I do already have a ticket but made clear it was a sh*t one that isn't worth using. Maybe it was asking alot for some people, don't ask don't get. Still don't think it was outrageous though.

So i've brought my ticket for liverpool chelsea 1st leg, but like an idiot accidentally selected the wrong priced ticket and am now stuck in 'severely restricted' seating. I'm hoping somebody can tell me that the view isn't that bad, but it doesn't sound good lol I was thinking of just standing where ever, are the stewards c**ts about this at anfield or do loads of people do it anyway? can't remember as the last time i was there was about 2001 ;)
