It would be good to see but I cant see it happening with Costa's doubtful fitness. If one of Drogba or Remy get injured then we are left with one first team striker.

He is the closest player we have had to Maka since he left. Also Matic still has years to improve and get even better so who knows how good he could become.

It is quite sad to see. It may well be a tatic he is using to keep the squad in check and I hope that is the case but its still sad to see him this way. It doesnt seem like he is enjoying himself anymore.

Yes they were but where are they now? Every now and then a team has a really good season. Newcastle did it a few seasons back, Spurs and Everton in the past have done also.

I wonder if Jose actually gives a damn about with either of them think. They arent important. People like to talk about others just to raise their own profile. When you are at the top like Jose is you dont need to worry about people like Keane or Lambert, they just simply dont matter.

I agree with this. Each season Arsenal and Liverpool are talked about but we all know they wont win it. Right now its us or City in another season or two United will join the pack again. I think the press like to say that 5 or 6 teams could win it because it makes our league sound more exciting but really its only 2 or 3 and the other 2 or 3 teams are just fighting for 3rd, 4th and 5th. The reason they say 5 or 6 could win it is because those 6 are big names in football but as I have already said Arsenal and Liverpool arent going to win the league any time soon.

Say we dont win something and say Roman is unhappy and sacks Jose, then what? What other top manager out there is good enough to take us forward? For me I hope Jose stays for a very long time even if we go the odd season without winning anything. As long as we keep moving forward as a team then I am happy.

Maybe as Jose has got older he finds it harder to go 45 minutes without a pee so when he feels the call of nature he has to shake hands early and run down the tunnel to answer the call of nature.

I just hope that it lasts. I dont want to see Jose and Roman falling out again. I hope Jose has become more laid back and I hope Roman has realised that Jose is the best manager on the planet. I hope Jose is still our manager for the next 10 to 15 years.
