No, Robbie signed him. I was against signing him at the time. He was just one of those Wigan players that looked great because he was a big fish in a small pond BUT when he came to us i thought he did ok. Better than say Salah has done for us so far. I like little Mo but i dont think he will ever step up to be at the level we need him to be at. I would have liked to keep Moses this season and given him a chance under Jose. But since Jose has returned Moses has been loaned out which i think tells us all we need to know about how he is rated at the club. I would guess if Vic carries on with his decent form for Stoke then they will make us a low offer for him next summer.

Are you really that worried about what a manager has to say about our club? Its all the fun and games of football. Ive seen some coments on this thread that make us seem like Liverpool fans, getting upset over a silly comment that another manger says. Come on, we are better than that!

I think Andre could do with a rest. His last couple of games have not been his best. He has been far too selfish and not actually doing anything useful with the ball when he should have made a pass. I know he scored against City and that was great but then he made the biggest mistake of the game by losing his man. I was at the Bolton game and again he wasnt up to scratch, taking wild shots when actually he would have been better to pass the ball. The same goes for last night. Im sure he is just overly keen to impress but sometimes when a player tries too hard it actually makes him worse. What are your thoughts?

Even as a fellow Chelea fan i cant agree with you all. I think its a clever idea of United if they did go through with it. The could make quite a bit of money and LvG could use it to blood youngsters and try different systems. If they didnt have to travel too far then it would be win win for them. Say they had stayed in the League cup and even won it, who would have cared? How much money do you think they would have made from winning it? Also "Only club in England that whores themselves out to every sponsor willing to be an "official provider"." We should be so lucky to be pulling in the kind of money that they do. The money they are pulling in now through "official providers" is huge! And its these deals that are helping them spend 60 odd million on Di Maria. Its all well and good to laugh at United (and i often do) but you cant laugh at the business deals they are getting.

I think our second home would be a better option! The FA still owe sh*t loads of money so us renting it for a season or two could help them out. I still cant see how we will go from a 42k stadium to a 60k in one season. Surely there would be loads of work to do that would take more than a season to do. My guess is they will just knock down one stand and then rebuild it bigger but that would surely have an impact on the rest of the stands. I just cant see it being built in one season.
