We lost 3 midfielders already, ballack, beletti, joey and soon Deco I believe? Benayoun might not be a dream to signing but I think he would be a really good squad player to have, especially as just a squad player. I don't understand why people are negative towards it if we can get him for a decent amount of fee + he has been one of their top players in a fair amount of matches. Looking at it I think I understand it now. Netherlands in the final with Argentina, Argentina wins the WC. The teams that move to the right side obviously advances :P Example: Paraguay --------------------Japan Japan ----------------------------------------Spain Spain --------------------Spain Portugal Paraguay v Japan in last 16 and Spain v Portugal in last 16, Japan wins their match and Spain wins their match so they both move to the right and advance. Japan v Spain in Quarter Finals and that match ends with a Spain win, therefor they move to the right and advance to Semi Finals facing Argentina which they loose and then its Netherlands v Argentina in the Final which Argentina wins.

Was a fun game to watch, chile could of won it if they didnt play so reckless and if their goalie didnt cause the first goal. The sending off was fair and square imo, he was on a yellow and had just before that tackle done atleast 1 that should of put him out earlier, even if he didnt mean to trip torres, which im sure he was it's a sending off.

What a f**king shame of a match that was, bloody awful. I Hope evenings matches will be a lot better, Chile v Spain should be a cracker but you never know with the WC.

Really can't wait for Portugal v Brazil, the ultimate showdown between the two sides that has played the more attractive football so far in the tournament. Im expecting a 2-2 or a 2-3 score-line after 90 mins. I really hope to god that Ivory Coast can score 10 or more goals aswell seeing how portugal scored 7, but I dont think it could ever happen and if it did it would be a miracle, a miracle im hoping for tbh!

Watched the book of eli again yesterday, loved it and the story is really good.

Scored in the game against Ghana, but totally blew a one on one with the keeper, its only one chance I know and I have not really seen the bloke play in Germany to judge how good he is. Interesting player for sure tho!
