Found this on the Liverpool site (don't hate me - was getting membership for the boyfriend to try get in his good books again!!) and I would have never guessed their moto has the words friendly and fair in it! I don't think all Chelsea fans are rays of sunshines but a lot of occasions I have come into contact with Scouse fans and they have hardly been friendly. I am sure there are some lovely fans who support the team but my lord I have not met one yet. A friend of mine went to an away game at Anfield who was sat next to someone who supported Liverpool (couldn't seat swap) and everyone surrounding the guy got abuse through the whole game. Apparently he went mental, spat at everyone and poured beer all over my friend, whilst shouting racial abuse. Just awful. The worst part is it went on for about 30 minutes for the stewards to do anything about it..

Right so after the whole ticket tout incident the other day, I am trying to save myself a lot of bother and just get a season ticket or something. I've tried doing my research on the Chelsea site but I am getting a bit confused about it all. Can someone explain to me the whole system of points and what not? Also, what would be better to get, membership or a season ticket? My Dad has always managed to get me tickets since I was about 7 and after missing out on a few major matches I am deciding to return to the bridge and cheer the lads on for next season. I apologise for sounding like a bit of an idiot but if I was going to get my research done anywhere I thought here was the best way. Also anyone else re-newing their season ticket soon? If someone is going to be in the wrong side eg. Liverpool in Chelsea's side, the least they can do is be respectful and not cheer for a goal when obviously everyone is gutted.

Incidents like the chants about Hillsborough makes me sad. I am proud to be a Chelsea fan and its people like that which let everyone down and makes the team look bad. Of course we can have some friendly banter between two teams but when it gets vile/nasty/violent then it makes me ashamed. We should know better and reflects badly on EVERY fan, not just you. When a couple of our blue fans boo-ed at the Tottenham semi final whilst in the one minute silence, my friends who hate Chelsea were outraged and said we were a disgrace... to those fans YOU LET THE SIDE DOWN.
