July 21, 200915 yr My legal job has me staying at a place without cable, so I have to go into a sports bar in a town of 20,000 in the middle of America to watch a football match...this should be interesting, hopefully I can get them to put it on at least one of the tvs. This debacle is worse due to this job being the reason I'm not currently in LA getting ready for the game.

I feel your pain - had to beg a bartender to turn the Chelsea - Sounders game on Saturday on a tiny TV in a dark corner of a bar in NJ.

Well, I am staying at my lake house as it's near the firm I clerk for, and the lake house lacks internet in addition to cable Is there anything else on tonight in the States that would conflict? Probably some Cubs game or something that stupid die-hard fans won't let me switch off.

July 22, 200915 yr I missed the first game because my sis and her boyfriend was visiting. So I have to watch this one instead, but it's on so darn late. It'll start at 5 in the morning here in Sweden and I'm not sure I can stay awake. If I do I'll end up sleeping all day tomorrow and I don't want to do that. Still, it'll be an interesting game (even if Zhirkov wont play). Anyone know if Ibrahimovic will play? Might be his last game for Inter if he does.

July 22, 200915 yr It's hard to say if Ibrahimovic will see any play time. I imagine he'll be on the bench but his transfer is expected to complete at the end of the week so I doubt he will play.
