Arsenal go top

Ok, so Arsenal have just gone top again today and undoubtedly the UK press will be giddy writing the headlines about Arsene's astute signings, their beautiful football, Le Professeur etc.

Now, we have a very tough run in, and personaly I don't think we will hold on to the position we attained for much of the season. I'm not going to get into my reasons why, but most of them have been posted in some form or another throughout these forums.

Some may say that Arsenal will implode, and won't finish the job. And I think the only thing we have in our favour is that we are out of the CL while Man U and Arsenal have at least a couple more European, midweek games.

But, the main question to all this is: If not Chelsea, then who?

Who would you, after all is said and done, rather see win the Premiership between Arsenal or Man Utd?

If Man U win it, it'l be 4 premiership titles in a row, something that has never been done before, and will lead to Andy Gray inevitably telling us how great they are, how they lost Ronaldo, Gained Rooney, used their "knowledgeable old legs wisely" and how amazing Sir Alex is in that he can lose the best player in the world and still turn another into one of the games greats because that's waht Champions do!!!

On the other, if we see Arsene's boys win it, then we will have a tirade of sickening diatribe about how they deserve to win, because they play the best football, and if it were to be a team from London that were to win the Premiership, then thankfully it wasn't the enemies of football, Chelsea.

So, who would you prefer?

I can't stand Arsenal and its self-righteous supporters, and if they won it this year it would make them truly insufferable.

In the devastating scenario that we can't win, I would rather United...just because I'm used to it...and the thought of Wenger gloating about his kids winning a title and the confidence it would give them is giving me nightmares.

I can't choose between 2 clubs I hate to win it, I still believe in us, Chelsea.

2 games less played, they are only 3 pts ahead. They still have though games against Barca, and utd will probably go all the way in the CL.

Chelsea WILL win it.

Just watch when Arsenal will screw up big time.

I hope Arsenal screw it up like they normally do...but in fairness, we've built huge leads over them this season and keep letting them back in the chase...so maybe their bad patches are done?????

definately the mancs for 2 reasons. i cant stand the sanctimonious high and mighty arsenal fans, and it would really piss the dippers of as utd would overtake their league titles.
