Do You Think Man United Will Drop Any Points?

Featured Replies

No, and that is why we must win our two games also. If we lose either of these games we don't deserve to win. I have a horrible feeling Wigan are going to screw us.

However, it could be that Man U lose to Sunderland (maybe Brice won't roll over and have his belly scratched by SAF afterall), and we seal the deal at Liverpool. That'd be sweet!

I wouldn't bet on it, but without Rooney then anything is possible for them. Still, lets just win our last 2 games and get it over with.

I cant see them dropping points, with our without rooney united always seems to win these pressure games, we just need to expect them to get them all and should they drop any then that is a bonus. Stadium of light will not be the easiest fixture for them either.

If we get past liverpool then i cant see a wigan side that is already safe from relegation posing too many problems at the bridge

Doubt Sunderland and Stoke have much to play for. Sunderland has a chance, but I doubt Bruce want spoil his boss' party. What ever happsn to Stoke in the next few games, they will have one of their best season in history. As much as I enjoyed our performance the weekend, I do believe Stoke made it easy for us, expect the same thing against United.

There's no way they'll drop points against Stoke at Old Trafford (unless they've already lost the title and has secured the 2nd place and therefore have nothing to play for) and I highly doubt they will lose away against Sunderland.

They have the title to fight for and even without Rooney they should have no trouble taking home the last six points.

I don't think ManU will drop any points. Like Cech said, they need to treat each of their last three games as if they were a Finals game. 3 wins and it's two trophies.

C'mon Chelsea! :D

Sunderland got a point at Old Trafford earlier in the year, so without Rooney that fixture's not a complete walkover for them; still, we'd better assume we have to win both our remaining games.

I'm really nervous about the next two rounds, IF Scum Utd, will loose points i think biggest chance are if stoke can take a draw, but again, Thomas Sørensen is out, and has been a very important player for them this season, and i dont think there confidence are that big, my prayers are going to either Sunderland or Stoke make a draw and we take a victory against Liverpool!

But the way i see this is, It's now we will have to show that we wanna be champions! :) :)

:D

Just remember Manure have to win both games - if they draw at Sunderland we are eight goals better ( say six even if we lose at Anfield by two) and only have to beat Wigan.

No Torres, a semi final on the Thursday, and no realistic chance of making 4th place. They'll never be easier to beat surely.

I have to disagree. This is one of the bigger games of the season and Liverpool would absolutely love to beat "Chelski" and proclaim that Lampard is fat and rubbish while Stevie Gerrard is the best in the world and should be picked over "Fat Frank" for England etc.

Cant see united dropping points, Its ours to loose. I dont think were out of the woods if we beat Liverpool, Wigan shouldn't be taken for granted either. If were as organised as we were on Sunday there will be no problem.

True. I think we lost 1-3 against them earlier in the season. Not at Stamford Bridge, but still.

I'd feel much more nervous about Wigan if we were away.

As it is, if it does indeed come down to that game, I will still be crapping myself.

I still think Liverpool have nothing to play for in the PL. Staying fit for the World Cup will be on the players' minds more than a pointless win over us, which would just hand the title to the club they hate most.

Might be nice if they picked up a few injuries on Thursday night though.....and drew 0-0....and maybe contracted a late bout of swine flu on the Friday
