My Ajax-supporting director just came up to me with the same news about the friendly, to be played in Amsterdam. Oh please football gods, make this happen. To think I was looking into a short trip to London during exactly those days

Nope, we were in America last summer. Kenyon's usual rotation was USA/Asia, but the World Cup has put paid to that this year, so it'll be more of an English/European affair so that the players are too tired come opening day.

Chelsea play Ajax on friday the 23 July in Amsterdam its open day at the Arena so its free to watch the game be early :)

Looking forward to it especially since I just signed up for a True Blue membership, looking forward to going to some of the games next season.
