Chelsea v WBA (PL) 09/11/13 KO 15:00 GMT
Such a frustrating performance again today. Why does Jose continue to persist in setting us up to play on the break regardless of the opposition. Everyone has copped on to it by sitting deep. The first 45 mins against Hull on the first day gave me such optimism that Jose was going to let the shackles off and allow us to dominate with the football but so far that has failed to transpire.

No Cavani, No Lewandowski, then which striker?
I think weve done the right thing by lettin falcao nd cavani off.. It would be far worse if they gone to another english club.. The list of options is endless and like our signings have been so far im this window it may not be a big name but a more practical signin.. Not many new a whole pile about Didier prior to his arrival and look where that got us.. Something tells me we`ll go into the season with Torres and Lukaku and Jose will judge it from there.

If we had to lose either Mata or Luiz...
This Mata talk is just bs being pedalled by the spanish media who as we all know are very fond of Jose! Luiz on the other hand hasnt been shy in the press talkin about Barca and PSG...

My Chelsea Wishlist (Realistic)
Ideally we dont need a huge amount of further investment in the squad after whats been spent in recent times.. I would say adding Falcao and Fellaini to the current squad along side some additions from the academy. If we are unable to bring through at least 3 or 4 players in the next 2-3 yrs we may as well close the academy. GK: Cech, Courtois, Blackman Def: Azpilicueta, Wallace, Kane, Bertrand, JT, Cahill, Luiz, Ake, Kalas Mid: Ramires, Fellaini, Josh, De Bruyne, Oscar, Chalobah, Hazard, Mata, Moses, Piazon For: Falcao, Lukaku, Feruz, Bamford.

Chelsea v Manchester United (PL) 28/10/12 KO 16:00 BST
Atmosphere and performance absolutely topclass.. The football we played today for long spells was light years ahead of anything else in the country and the frightening thing is we can only get better.

Chei(c)k Tioté
signing a holding player will only disjoint the partnership which mikel and ramires have developed and be another barrier for the likes of Romeu, De Bruyne, Chalobah and McEachran to overcome in the future.

Cech Bertrand Terry Cahill Ivan Mikel Ramires Mata Hazard Sturridge Torres

Azpilicueta signs
Not only is Ivan vital for attacking set pieces but leaving him out will leave vulnerable when it comes to defending when we are likely to have a large no. of smaller players in the team. Without Ivan at RB we'll only really have 2 CBs, Mikel and Lamps who are anyway sizeable and maybe at a stretch Torres but from what ive seen of him he looks weak when having to defend

What is our Youth policy?
I think the plan is to spend big this summer as a last hurrah before the FFP come into place and hopefully we will cherry pick some of the better academy prospects over the next few years to coincide with departures. We cannot lower the extremely high standards and quality of the squad just to introduce a few academy players. I still believe we are yet to see the full potential of the academy as its early days yet. One thing I have noticed is how comfortable on the ball some the players we have introduced are despite their age and lack of experience. We also have to make the academy become more self sufficient financially by realising some sort of money from deals for players who are not quite top drawer as we see this week with 50% of gokhan tore's 5m deal coming to us rather than just letting them drift out contract as we saw with Borini and the following season Roma get 10m for him.

Messages for Didier Drogba
The Wembley King, Different class on and off the pitch. Best of luck in the future and hopefully we'll see you back at the Bridge some day! Brian

The Mighty One - Zlatan
Highly unlikely, but he was impressive for Sweden playing in the No.10 role behind the striker.

Maicon rumours getting louder
Maicon is an ideal signing in my eyes. With Luiz going to the Olympics, JT possibly being suspended and the number of games we'll have this season Ivan will see plenty of time at CB aswell as RB. As there is no outstanding candidate to bring in at RB at the moment (VDW etc..not good enough), Maicon on realistic wages seems like the sensible option. He still has alot to offer at when used more sparingly similarly to Belletti a few years ago. People talk about his age but having signed a number of younger players we can't just turn into Arsenal playing 11 kids every week. Signing Maicon gives Todd Kane the opportunity to put his head down for the next two years safe in the knowledge that if he continues to progress he will get his chance.

Random Rumours
Would love to see us pursue Jovetic instead of Hulk. Far more realistically priced and technically excellent. Liking the look of Miguel Velosos performances in the two group games so far for Portugal.

Hulk coming to Chelsea?
I wouldnt lose any sleep missing out on Hulk if thats the case. Highly over-rated and could be an enormous flop for that kinda money. Whether Porto like it or not they are a selling club and we've been good to them in recent years. To be honest they need us more than we need them as there whole financial set up depends on them bringing in young players from south america and selling them on to clubs like us. From day one they've been acting the c*nt with Hulk and I hope we take our interest elsewhere. If Hulk really wanted to join us he would make it clear to Porto and force their hand to enter into realistic discussions. Hulk is at an age now where he needs a big move and a big pay day and I don't think he or his agent are too pushed about where it is so long as the money rolls in.

Do we need to build a statue for Drogba at stamford bridge?
Maybe while we're at it we should get a statue of Jesper Gronkjaer aswell. If it wasn't for his goal in 2003 we probably wouldnt ever be talking about Didier or Roman or champions of europe etc..!!

Next Manager (Poll)
The passion he showed on the pitch last night after the game and again after we knocked out Napoli shows how much he loves the club and while he may lack a little in terms of ability and know-how compared to the big names who have been linked, his passion and love for the club surely make up for this.To any other manager the chelsea job is just another job but to RDM its living the dream.

Benfica v Chelsea (CL) QF 1st Leg 27/03/12 KO 19:45 BST
I think Mikel has been good since RDM took over and merits his place in the team and for me Frank has looked very flat in the last few games and both he and Essien looked out on their feet as the game wore on against Spurs. I hope Paulo does the business but would have chanced Luiz at RB rather than Paulo who surely has to be rusty.

Sensible thoughts on who is going?
I know who stays and who goes will all depend on who comes in as manager and there style but in an ideal world based on contract status', age, wages and above all players performances this is how i see it. Staying Cech, Hilario, Turnbull, Ivan, Luiz, Cahill, JT, Bertrand, Romeu, Essien, Ramires, Josh, Mata, Kakuta, Sturridge, De Bruyne, Torres Going Bosingwa, Kalou, Malouda, Didier, Mereiles, Mikel, Delac Loans Kalas, Lukaku, Lalkovic Undecided Frank and Ash ( Are they willing to accept less playing time for the greater good?) Bruma, PVA ( Have they futures at Chelsea?) Paulo ( Key dressing room member for new foreign signings? Future coaching role?)

Chelsea v Tottenham (PL) 24/03/12 KO 12:45 GMT
Spurs run in looks realitively straight forward now aswell.. If we're to catch anyone now its more likely to be Arsenal with them having a few awkward away games. Our Run In Villa A Wigan H Fulham A Arsenal A QPR H Newcastle H Liverpool A Blackburn H Arsenals Run In Villa H QPR A City H Wigan H US H Stoke A Norwich H W Brom A Spurs Run In Swansea H Sunderland A Norwich H Bolton A Qpr A Blackburn H Villa A Fulham H

It'll be a brave man that tells RDM we're not keepin him on a permanent basis if we continue like this!

Arnesen now after Bruma
He's back to tie up Bruma on loan for another season and see what other deals he can do.
-
Arnesen now after Bruma
Sounds like Arnesen is back in town to plunder a few more youths off us for peanuts.. Who stays, who goes? Losing players like Borini, Rajkovic, Sala, Stoch and even Sinclair shows the way we deal with our young players at the moment by just loaning them out willy nilly doesn't work.
