Posted July 2, 201212 yr Hi all, I'm planning to make a 'Thank You' card for Didier Drogba from The Shed End like the 'Get Well Soon' one to Bobby; if anyone remembers it was basically a hand-made A4 card in which I printed out & pasted everyone's messages in. So... I want your messages!! We'll have a bit more time this time round as it was quite rushed last time for obvious reasons. I'd appreciate it if messages could be limited to a couple of sentences, just so everyone's messages can fit in and Didier doesn't have to read them through a a magnifying glass. Any regulars you know who may not see this then please pass it on. Can we just use this topic for actual messages and the other one 'Something for Didier' for general discussion/questions. July 2, 201212 yr Didier, You gave us fans the most memorable ending, to a a wonderful era, in Munich.. I was there at the front when you came up with the trophy letting us touch some of that history. Just shows how much of a legend you are and how much the fans mean to you, and I must say that feeling was most definitely mutual. July 2, 201212 yr Cher Didier, Ca fait huit ans que tu nous fais rever. Depuis 2004, j'ai voulu aller a Stamford Bridge et te voir en action. N'habitant pas a Londres, c' etait tres difficile. Mon voeux s'est finalement realise cette saison, et te voir en action a Stamford Bridge contre Valence m'a donne les larmes aux yeux, tout comme la finale a Munich. Je n'ai jamais vu tellement d'hommes pleurer en meme temps, mais ca, je dirais, c'est L'EFFET DIDIER. Merci pour tout les moments magnifiques, ta loyaute au club, et ton attitude de champion. On ne t'oubliera jamais, et j'espere qu'on te reverra a Chelsea bientot. p.s. Ils ne t'oublierons jamais a Arsenal aussi ou tu as fais des ravages !! I don't want to take anything out incase it doesn't then make sense, I need to fit all messages in so ideally only wanting a sentence or 2 at most. I know it's hard as we all love the man but it will save me doing it later and possible taking out what you think is the key part of your message.

July 3, 201212 yr Cheers Didier, you were a fantastic spearhead for this club, striking fear into defences! Your records in cup finals will probably never be beaten at this club! Its been a roller coaster (of mostly highs) with you here and you'll never be forgotten! We are all so happy that you guys finally landed the big cup for yourselves, as you all clearly deserved it.
