I would take Hoillet and De Rossi (although pretty sure he has signed a new contract as I am sure every man and his dog (spot) would be after him) also Chivu and Abidal would be great.

coutinho, hoilet, flamini, wouldnt take chivu tbf as hes getting on if we were to get a centre back a young leader, in the mould of sakho or mbiwa. going off topic there, coutinho would be great on the bench and can be quality. flamini would be great for depth and same of hoilet. looks like coutinhos going to espanyol though

Diamé is pretty good; like a worse Ramires. Apparently Man Utd were interested but turned their noses up after he was found to have a heart condition. Poor bloke, rate him quite highly. Hopefully him and Rodallega can play a part in Wigan's future survival/success. Same goes for Figueroa, I have no idea why they're selling him after his excellent end-of-season form.

Coutinho is a very strange one. Has he been that unimpressive for Inter at only 19?

I could see De Rossi getting a megabucks deal with City. Can you imagine him and Yaya in the middle of their midfield? Suddenly Barry, De Jong, and (heh) Hargreaves become irrelevant.

I think it's safe to say Coutinho won't make it at Inter, the team just isn't set up to accommodate players like him. Probably why Sneijder has been so poor this season.

He did well on loan at Espanyol, scored quite a few good goals. Quick passing teams like Arsenal, etc should be looking at him cause he would flourish under those circumstances.

Just seen craig gordon has been released from Sunderland. Not a bad free option for back up keeper who once cost 9 million, given that Turnball is rubbish and Courtois is likely to stay out on loan.
