I actually thought Drogs was having a fairly sub standard game until the final half hour.

Voted Mikel, hard choice between him, JT and Anelka. Mikel won it in the end though, he did get caught out a few times granted, but overall his passing was superb, and he had an incredible assist to boot. Great performance from the young man, gives Carlo something to think about with Ramires in the mix too.

Drogs for me, especially since he was involved in so many goals and knowing that he had a shot at getting into the history books he still chose not to be selfish.

If I could have had 2 votes the other would have gone to Terry, world class performance and went in to every challenge like it would be between life and death. Brilliant.

No idea where to go with this one but I gave Alex a little love. Thought he played as well as Terry and had a few key defensive plays when the game was still close. Other possibilities were the guys who scored two Aelka and Kalou (although the game was decided when ge came on), Terry, Cole, Drogba, Lampard. Hell the whole team played pretty well.

Voted for JT, but really could have given it either centre back. Essien was a monster, Mikel was brilliant, then sh*t, then brilliant, then sh*t etc. Drogba was quiet first half, unplayable 2nd half.
