Image result for stamford bridge 1950s Another one v Burley at The Bridge. The caption states it's in 1960.

About right Ersk'. That's a youthful Terry Venables standing near their goal line.

Looks like perhaps a greyhound meeting at The Bridge in the above photo ?

Any visiting QPR supporter would feel at home on the empty terarcing usually where 'he' stood !

This photo just shows how vast The Bridge was back then.

I think you may be right about it being a greyhound meeting. Looks like traps near where the East Stand meets the Shed.

The dogs are being paraded as well.

Fashion can go from one extreme to another that picture was taken in 73 three years later punk.  This is the England squad in Mexico 70 and then three years later Chris Garland and his dicky bow !

Trying to work out who all the players are. I think its Brian Labone to the right of Bobby Moore but he looks a bit like Ossie. Its Alan Ball to the left of Bobby Moore and think that may be either Jeff Astle or Terry Cooper to the far left.

I'll go for Labone, Moore, Ball & Cooper.

I think it’s Geoff Hurst chinwagging with a young Diego Costa.

Ossie leading the way in style. Jeff Astle stomping off disgusted that they don't sell mushy peas in the café.

Cheers for confirming it was a greyhound meeting.
