Just out of interest where did you stand in the shed?

Started out in The Whitewall, flirted with the lower middle for a bit, then tea bar or further towards West Stand.

Started in middle at the back then mostly on the terraces anywhere at that end. , mostly like you nearer to West Stand .

 

Tea Bar, nice 3/4 view of the pitch, handy for a cuppa and away sharpish at the final whistle down the back of the old West Stand.

Staying as  close to West Stand as far as the corrugated iron would get you. The top bit was out of bounds for a good while for terrace compliance repairs, as was the lower bit by the East Stand. Shed capacity probably dropped by 4000 or so. Not that we had too many full houses granted.. Stupefying how we can spend £70 mill on an unproven winger now and couldn’t afford peanuts to renovate concrete terraces.

Deffo the benches the WS wasn't that small you can see the benches in shot then pan along to the end of benches start of Northstand.

Think it's the benches, that floodlight pylon thing was on the North terrace, but the curved wall is confusing me a bit

Anyone when the last time that part of the Shed was fully open?

Scratching my head but it might have been open for the Middlesbrough play off (and shut again afterwards …)? 

77-78 was the last time before the GLC made the club up date the terrace barriers. Fans went in there during Boro game as shed was packed.

Got a  Le coq badge and number to make my shirt more authentic!
