This was used once in 1974 against Man City never seen it before I must admit.

Not sure if it was commercially available possibly in the club shop next to FB. My mate had the yellow and green one based on the Brazil colours which was for that season frankly taking the piss.🤣

You are right did think it was a bit odd two teams in blue. This is the only colour photo I can find of the game. Two keepers who had a bad end to 1970 although Peter Bonetti didn't deserve as much stick as he got apart from replacing Banks big shoes to fill Ramsey taking off Sir Bobby was the catalyst.

Great day, I was 15, went with a mate and my parents, we leftmy parents at car, and agreed to meet back after game, when back at car after game, my parents explained they had only seen 15 mins, as our end was so packed, stewards were helping people out via a ladder, so my parents left and went for lunch! What a game they missed, remember trouble in the city end, then a couple of hundred Chelsea being escorted round the dog track back to the Chelsea end, being serenaded to the cry’s of ‘we proud of you Chelsea’ back to school Monday morning felt like we’d won European cup! The tv dipper and Utd fans kept saying it’s a shxt cup, but I responded yes, but I was there!! ‘When Pate’s went  up’

Yes, a great day out. There were a few fans that had been to Ibrox the day before where Rangers had drawn 4-4 with Celtic.  A mate of mine who is a ST holder at City was at the game left about ten minutes before the end of the match when it was 5-1. Heard a cheer when walking away from the stadium and thought Chelsea had scored a sixth goal. It was only when he got home that he final score was 5-4. Crazy finish to the match.
