Chelsea membership 'Friends and Family' exchange thread

Featured Replies

I thought it could be useful to have a thread where we could discuss these matters, and for example if anyone (with a decent enough postcount, and someone I considered trustworthy) wanted a ticket for a game I will gladly exchange membership details with them, so they can purchase on my behalf.

As mentioned by yorkley, this will have to work on the basis that people of course behave themselves when purchasing tickets as another member (this goes without saying) but I'm also wondering if you exchange details like that, what happens if you purchase the ticket using the friends and family system, but that person also wanted a ticket for themselves?

If there is a way around this issue (ie consent before each game) then I would like to gladly put myself forward as someone who will likely just go to a small handful of games each season, and would be happy for others to purchase using my membership if you need an extra ticket.

A worthwhile idea which I have made use of as both a "donor" and " receiver" of others membership details under the friends and family scheme. I did make sure, through a 3rd party, that all would be above board first. I have 3 others on my F and F list and therefore need no further additions but I do recommend the idea provided all is verified first. No disrespect intended but you have to be sure.

I'd go with that - I've also been both provider and beneficiary - as long as someone I know vouches, as someone did for me!

As always these things have to be based on trust and sensible decisions.

Without trying to sound too much like a public sector worker looking for caveats I would like to say for the record that any deals made on here are decisions by individual posters and the forum as a whole takes no responsibility whatsoever for anything that might go wrong.

So....is this friends and family exchange just an alternative name for the shedend swingers club?

I do this on cfcnet often. If anybody wants to use mine and my brothers memberships just ask. I play football sats so only get to about 10 games a season and this is a good way of getting my points up

Thank you guys, I've just exchanged details with a guy I work with (similar position to me, can only make a few games a year) but buzz, since my parents will want to go to some games too (ie I need 4 tickets!) I'd be very much up for that, if that's okay with you? If you're happy to go ahead PM me and we'll exchange membership numbers (I think you need Surname and Postcode too)

My only concern would be if we wanted to go to the same game, you know? It shouldn't happen, especially with how rarely I'll be at the bridge, but say I bought tickets on your membership and you wanted to go, how would that work?

Cheers again

Hi blizeH, buzzcfc and all,

I am a Chelsea member myself in a similar position with you all, i.e. can only make a few games a year, so I'm interested in sharing my details with you all. Unfortunately I just found out about this blog so my number of posts is not high enough to PM anybody. If any of you are still interested in sharing your details, it would be great if you can contact me at . Don't worry about the trust issue as I am a genuine Chelsea fan with a genuine purpose to exchange membership details for mutual benefits really. Looking forward to hearing from you soon, thank you.

Kind regards,

Sorry, Email addresses are not wise within public posts.

Anyone know if you can add a st holder to your friends & family list or is it just members?

Need 7 tickets for Liverpool in the cup but only got 6 memberships & 4 of us just miss out on the loyalty points(we have 12 need 15) hoping to get them tues if points have dropped low enough but the other 2 members have really low points so dont want to wait incase we miss out full stop

Managed to sort 7 tickets today, loyalty points went down to only 5 needed, also managed to get all 7 tickets sat together in the mhu which surprised me to be honest, thought we'd have sold quite a few by now.

Still 7 old skool lads out early boozing & reliving our youth

Mate, can you maybe help me? I want to buy 2 tickets tomorrow for the match against Napoli. But i have just one Membership! Please.

I am happy to throw my name into the ring on this. I have a membership with 16 points this season and I don't get to go a whole lot. So if anyone wants to use it they can message me

@Darren

Please help me! Of course you also will get my details.

But i see we havent enough posts to write PM's. Can you give me for example your Facebook name or your E-Mail adress? Thanks a lot mate!

Ah, i also wrote on your 'wall'

Hey Eric, I have actually bought a ticket for the Napoli game so can't give me details for that one. Sorry. If there is another game you're interested in going to see then let me know (hopefully by then we'll have enough posts to PM)

Does this thread apply to the viagogo service aswell? For example I want to go to the Reading game with my Dad but on viagogo you can only purchase one ticket per membership and my Dad doesn't have one.

Hi there, how r u ?

I need help please, i'm french and i wanna come to stamford bridge for the game against tottenham but there is a problem, we only have 3 cards for 4 tickets (and on viagogo we need 1 card by ticket).

Could u give me ur membership number, date of birth and postal code to help us to order our 4th ticket please ? :)

thx a lot for ur help.

A french fan of CFC :)

I think you are being very optimistic, Baydeuh.  People only really lend their membership numbers to friends that they have known for a long time.

Just checking if someone was interested in helping me get  ticket for the eventual Europa League final in Amsterdam? Just trying to find alternates to viagogo
