It would be worth roughly about £300 to £400 at a guess. Saying that I have seen Chelsea sell signed shirts and they have gone for thousands. Depends on where you would sell it i guess.

An item has no value except that which is placed upon it. I used to collect signed programmes, etc but then realised that the items had no worth beyond the pleasure gained from owning them. What I mean is that they are not especially useful things to own and, generally, are not a useful asset; if you like the item, you will not want to sell so any value is notional.

You could give it to me where I auction it and send the funds to great ormond street, then I can tell you how much it was worth.
