Reports in the 'meeja' that Eden being criticised for his work rate during training and world cup warm up games, branded as lazy by some former Belgium international whom I never heard of until the report was published.

 

FFS this is a 23 year old, just a kid, had a long long domestic season, already with the weight of the world on his shoulders.

Why is this a thread? Anyways, he should work as hard as his teammates, I haven't heard the reports but there is nothing wrong with criticising a player if he doesn't train well enough.

I agree with it. He can be lazy and does need a kick in the arse. He is young but he needs to sort that part of his game out.

It probably is.  Also, Hazard to me seems to get excited more for actual games (purely my own observation)

Kalou must have looked like Pele in training to get all the starts he got from his performances on the training pitch ....................just lost it all on match days

I don't think he is overrated at all. Excellent CB. He's had bad spells before. Very bad. When he was at Hamburg he didn't do any favours to himself. It was a surprise City bought him to be honest.

I dont think its just warm up games i think its in training too. Didn't Mourinho criticise Hazard effort in training this season?.
