Mangela looks a terrible CB

Credit to Big Sam, he's often criticized as a manager but he always gets the job done in the end.

He knows how to work with limited resources and has made some cracking signings during his managerial career.

I actually rate him much higher than the likes of Harry Redknapp whose reputation is far inflated for his achievements.
