Voting for the Chelsea Goal of the Season award is now open and you can pick your favourite from the shortlist of 12.

The Blues have scored over 100 goals on our way to Premier League and Capital One Cup success this season, and our panel of experts have picked out the 12 they think are the best for you to enjoy once more, by watching the video above, before casting your vote.

Just watch the video above to see the candidates and then nominate your favourite goal, and Player of the Year, here. Winners will be announced at the annual awards ceremony on Tuesday 26 May. Tickets areavailable to buy here.

Diego Costa v Arsenal (h) – October 5
The striker maintained his outstanding start to the season with another clinical finish. He took a superbCesc Fabregas pass in his stride before deftly lobbing Wojciech Szczesny to put the seal on a fine 2-0 win against our London rivals.

Oscar v Crystal Palace (a) – October 18
No stranger to scoring spectacular goals, Oscar added another to his collection with a sublime free-kick at Selhurst Park. It quite simply could not have been placed any better.

Cesc Fabregas v Crystal Palace (a) – October 18
Later on in the same game, we doubled our advantage when Cesc Fabregas rounded off an intricate team move, involving Oscar and Eden Hazard, with a clever finish.

Oscar v QPR (h) – 1 November
Another Oscar special, this time using the outside of his boot. The ball swerved dramatically from left to right and in off the post.

Filipe Luis v Derby County (a) – 16 December
The full-back scored his first goal for the club in style, bending in a brilliant free-kick from some way out.

Diego Costa v West Ham (h) – 26 December
A Christmas treat for the Chelsea fans as the striker twisted inside and out before firing a low drive into the bottom corner. It was exceptional forward play.

Eden Hazard v Southampton (a) – 28 December
This felt like a goal we had seen before, and that is what made it so special. The winger cut in from the left in trademark style before striking a sweet shot past Frazer Forster.

Diego Costa v Newcastle (h) – 10 January
After finding OscarDiego Costa picked up the flicked return pass, shifted inside and crashed the ball in, providing a fitting end to a cracking team move.

Branislav Ivanovic v Aston Villa (a) – 7 February
With the game locked at 1-1, Cesar Azpilicueta picked out his fellow full-back who thumped in a sweet left-footed volley. It was a goal worthy of deciding any game.

Eden Hazard v Hull City (a) – 22 March
Barely a minute into the game Hazard drove at the Hull defence and then found the top corner with a rasping 25-yard drive. We went on to win 3-2.

Eden Hazard v Manchester United (h) – 18 April
Racing on to a brilliant Oscar backheel, the PFA Players’ Player of the Year burst clear before stroking the ball between the legs of David de Gea, in the process deciding a tight game and moving us a step closer to the title.

Ramires v Leicester City (a) – 29 April
The Brazilian midfielder, twice a winner of this award, showed his pace and quality in one instant, latching on to a Fabregas cutback outside the box and bending the ball into the top corner to complete a fine second-half Chelsea turnaround.

It's pretty pointless to be honest, when the goal that most people will vote for is missing, because the scorer left in January, what's the point?

I've just seen that you can vote for Schurlle, where it says other, though I'm not sure it would make much difference, as they will probably select something else anyway, seems petty to me.

You can still vote for Schurrle, in the other section.

Was going straight for the Schurrle goal but seeings as its not there i will go with Fabregas v CP.

Maybe they think cause he won't be there to collect the award. I have no doubt if listed that would have won but there are others also deserving.

True, but it still annoys me, he shouldn't have been sold in the first place and it was a team goal, surely Fabregas could collect the award for his part in the goal.

Chelsea have left the best goal off the list...stupid...don't care if Schurrle is no longer at the club...it was a team goal anyway...Fabregas should pick up the trophy for the pass alone

I agree, they could also have a vid link with Schurrle aswell.

The selling of Schurrle may have had more to do with the effect of his illness and/or as I've read elsewhere he wanted to go.

Possibly, I just wish we'd loaned Schurrlle out and sold Salah, instead of the other way around.

I've sent an email to the club asking why Andre's goal is missing the list. Will post the response if and when received.

I've received a response from the club. My email to the club is below and the club's response is under that. I have to say that I'm not convinced by the club's answer and they didn't answer my question about whether or not it was due to his leaving the club, I for one can't remember every goal this season and would have to look on the website etc to remind myself - and I've been to every home game this season and watched nearly all away games on television- but certain goals including Schurrle's stick in your mind.

My email:

"Yesterday, 13 May, the club posted an article about the Goal of the Season and asked fans to vote. Andre Schurrle's goal against Burnley is missing. A lot of Chelsea fans feel that this is the best goal of the season. Others including football commentators and pundits have also stated that it is a great goal. Why is the goal missing from the list? Is it because he has left the club? That would be a shame and indeed wrong if it is the case. Thanks. "

The club's response:

"Thank you for your email regarding the club's Goal of the Season vote. We value the opinions of supporters and enjoy the debate among fans as to which goals should be included in the list.

This season has seen many fantastic goals, including that of Andre Schurrle's you mention, and fans are invited to nominate any goal they choose using the 'Other' option in the dropdown menu on the voting page. The video and shortlist is merely a guide and reminder for supporters as we don't expect every fan to remember every goal, although all the goals are available to view on chelseafc.com in our video on demand section.

Thank you for your support, and we look forward to revealing the winner on Tuesday 26 May. "

Pathetic response. Completely avoided the question about why it is missing. Considering most people think it should be the top goal of the season, not having it in the shortlist cannot be for footballing reasons.

Agree. I am going to reply to the club and ask for a response to my question. As you say, most people consider it to be the top goal of the season and certainly should be in the list and not in the other section.
