I'm watching the build up to Juventus v Napoli and they just said Higuain is the best striker in the world at the moment...........really? He may be scoring a lot of goals but he isn't the best in the world. Kane and Vardy are scoring a lot of goals this season too but they aren't the best strikers in the world.

He's been in fantastic form Scott, I think he's a little underrated, The names thrown about linked with Chelsea and United, I'm shocked his name isn't mentioned, However he does look a flaky sort and has a huge buyout clause but cannot deny how good he has been for Napoli the past two/three years.

Why is it that all the games in the French league (bar one) kicked off at 6pm (7pm our time)?

 

Is this a regular thing which I've never noticed or an odd exception?

It's a regular thing, Maybe due to temperature or something, The Italians have it at 2pm our time on a Sunday, The Germans are 2.30pm on a Saturday, We obviously love a 3pm kick off, It's only the Spaniards who flex their games but mainly to improve t.v. audience because they love the moolah that lot.

He's very good, but best striker in the world ? i don't think so.

The best striker in the world right now without any doubt is Suarez, The likes Lewandowski, Aguero don't come anywhere near that guy let alone Higuain/Vardy and Kane.

Hard to disagree with that, although it depends on your definition of what you would class Neymar as.

Hilarious touch from Cuadrado there in Juve's buildup, somehow managed to slice it backwards to nobody.

 

Thoroughly erratic player in decision-making and execution; seems to veer between extremes in both.

Decent half so far - Juve on top.

 

I'd never really clocked onto how versatile Pogba can be - playing on the left in a 4-4-1-1 and still looks absolutely at home.

does smoking on the touchline really warrant a fine? i don't know the rules to that lol. 

 

You're not allowed to smoke in English stadia at all. Even vapes/e-cigs are banned.
