Leicester v Chelsea - Mon 14 Dec - 20:00

Featured Replies

This is it- what we're seeing is what we deserve, it's a series of gutless performances. Players in the Leicester team run their hearts out every week- good on them, our team should be embarrassed.

Not sure if some players were satisfied by one league title, but (I know it's a cliché), if you stand still in sport, you go backwards. Drogba, Ballack, Lampard et al were ultimate professionals, never happy with what they'd won. We still have Terry of that mentality, but in the whole group I think the loss of Drogba and Cech has hit us bloody hard.

so it seems the only answer is to find hungry young players who want to win something and let the self-satisfied bunch go - basically we've to turn the clock back to 2003 and start again

Evidence please or generalisation? Last time I checked I wasn't emulating a rabid dog, but you clearly know best.

Evidence of what ?

Insulting or average squad which one do you want, if you get stuck ask your buddy Floyd for help he likes you.

You're a clown, you're jibes are pathetic.

Most folk like each other here, or at least pay respect, you know corporate fandom, that sort of thing

As Jose said this side betrayed him tonight and that includes JT,

If ever I have seen a team go on strike on the pitch this was it.

But hey that football ,

Oh Shyte I forgot no one cares what I think, even when they know I am right..

Couldn't help yourself though could you, now Drogba will like you ,

You state the obvious. Regardless if you're right or not, it doesn't matter, go and insult fans elsewhere.

He still will be here. I'm sure after this match Roman knows that some players just need to get out from this club. They (some) don't love this club and don't even care for this club anymore. So why they need to stay? January can't come soon enough

Yea, well done, your insults need improvement.

It pisses me off too Bobby. It's not like he ever says anything positive about the team himself.....actually, from what i can see, he doesn't say ANYTHING about Chelsea. The only time he get's involved with talk about Chelsea is when he is having a go at forum members. What does he expect, for us to say nothing about how sh*t we have been this season ? we are 1 point above relegation with almost half the season done, one season after winning the league, why should we accept that kind of football ?

I'm not going to walk away from Chelsea, i'm not going to stop watching us because we are sh*t, i won't stop watching if we are relegated either, i'll always follow them, but if we are playing sh*t then i am going to say something about it. I'm not going to sit back and say nothing. If he hasn't got time for people's complaints then maybe he shouldn't be on the forum.

I know and he seems to think people can help when they were born or got into football.

Il never stop supporting the team either they are my club but I don't know about watching them right now, it's weird how somethings in my life happened that made me re-evaluate sone things in my life and it's like my disinterest is effecting the team. I know that's f**king daft but it's things like that that bake you superstitious. But as you say why should we be quiet? We have a right to an opinion for one and shouldn't be told we that we can't support the club properly because we didn't experience those bad times.

Ah so soporific, you could save the NHS a pretty penny in sleeping tablets, night night, don't let the clapping bugs bite zzzzz

What you mean like a cult type thing (I said cult before you get all precious) where you have an all knowing leader and the 'followers' toe the corporate line....

they're a tough watch - but just think how boring it'd be if we were sitting mid-table with nothing to play for!

at the end of the Sky interview Jose repeats how good they look in training - I think it's time to look at who puts a shift in during the matches never mind training and make selections based on match performances. It's going to be a rough ride to May.....

The thing is that same starting eleven played well last time out, I just think Leicester got at them and they struggled to get themselves going, not tactics, not desire, they just looked a bit shell shocked and I thought they played the last twenty minutes looking the better side.

Chelsea are in the position of having the right manager but the wrong team. Certain individuals within the team are still pulling their weight (and in Willian's case more than his weight) but others are destined for new clubs.

I realise why Mourinho holds to his philosophy of controlling games. But with the attitude of some of the players it would probably be best if Mourinho decided to change things. I think two strikers up top with Fabregas acting as the lock pick would be a good start. Maybe use Azpilicueta and Rahman as proper wing backs to supply the forwards and maybe get involved themselves.

I sincerely believe Chelsea are capable of battering teams, it's just a fact at the minute they can't stop opponents from scoring against them. Which unfortunately

is the bedrock of Mourinho's philosophy.

You say right manager wrong team but this is his team. He is the one who discarded young talent such as DeBryne and Lukaku.

30M compensation vs ????M on player recruits. We all know Roman's previous choice.

I hope you're right, but to me it looked as if a couple were guilty of putting less into this match.

I don't think it was a squad-wide issue, but when you have even a couple dropping off it can be all the difference.

The bigger concern for me is that we can't seem to get anything at all from the league games when the luck goes a wee bit against us. And for me desire/determination or whatever you want to call it is a big factor there.

Terry looked shot - he's gone.  One of our true greats but his time has come.  Azpi trying desperately to help him out which in turn leaves Azpi out of position and bang, in goes their second.  Tragic really but then as per the Lion and the Cub - the Circle of Life and all that jazz...

Am I allowed to agree with Petworth ?( I only ask because some of the cheer leaders are upset with me )and add Schurle, plus we have 474 players out on loan and the best youth team in Europe none of whom can get a game.

So who is making these decisions, it's not all Jose.
