I highly doubt it. It's impossible to tell how we will play next season when we still aren't playing with all of our first 11.

Yep, he does the hard bit with the tackle, then he just plays a really poor ball. He was doing this last season in pretty much every game he played. It's like he doesn't focus. Willian is a bit like this too. Willian will pick up the ball, use his pace to get past the opposition's midfield, then he plays a poor ball.

Agree, the simple stuff he is doing wrong. It's a question how long Conte gives him to play into some kind of form, in a meaningful match his passing would cost us.

Yes, but there was more to it. We weren't just playing poor in pre-season, players looked unfit, nothing was clicking on the field, the club wasn't moving fast enough to improve the squad. Our build up was all wrong. We already look better prepared now than we did last season.

Lots of positives so far.................and lots of negatives.......the defence still scares me though.  Cahill and Terry can't turn and if they are the pairing once the season starts we are in trouble.  And it's easy to see why Begovic is a back up keeper.  Matic having a mare.

We apparently have already done more training sessions this term to the whole of pre season last year.
