In my 40 years of going to the bridge the pitch had never looked that good !

Haz the can opener. Kante was brilliant too. Better performances from Oscar and Matic, they need to play to that level every game. JT solid at back.

Also hm for Moses who was electric for the 10mins he was on pitch.

Thought Clattenburg wasn't too bad today from what I saw. Should have given a Burnley player a yellow for a challenge similar to the one he gave one against one of our players today. I'm too lazy to look up specifically who I am referring to, hopefully someone will translate into discernible English for me.

I say the back four first clean sheet in ages..

Hazard or Kante

I gave it to Kanté, but it was really a coin flip between him and Hazard.

i don't think kante can win man of the match today simply because he didn't have enough to do. our front five was extremely good without the ball, and many of the balls and attacks kante sniffed up were easy for a good defensive midfield player because of the pressure the guys in front of him put on the passing opposing player. probably going to be blasted for this, but i really though matic and especially oscar had better games than kante, even though kante's performance was pretty flawless.

 

i think the only winner for this one is hazard, just like it was against west ham and probably watford as well. he's the good sore thumb, he's the one who sticks out in a positive way every time he touches the ball. he even presses somewhat like conte wants him to do as well, and when he's scoring he is literally controlling the whole game. best or second best player in the league (i do maybe think that aguero's goals put him over hazard though, don't shoot).

The way Hazard is playing he will easily end up as the best player in the league and we will have to fight PSG and Madrid to keep him next year. He has been our best player so far.

Kante/Hazard two different types but equally needed for the result.

Hazard for me, could have been quite different if Heaton did not have a stormer.
