Harry Kane will have to win something to win the Ballon D'or. If he wins nothing again then he has no chance of winning it.

When he's done i imagine it'll be Neymar in the running. Can't see an English Striker that may not even be playing in the Champions league getting a look in. 

In regards to rival players i'd take. 

1st choice - Pogba / Would do the role Bakayoko should be doing.

2nd choice - Kane / Scores for fun, having Morata ain't bad though if or when he gets going.

3rd choice - KdB / What a player.

Unfortunately that's how pathetic it is. Mans an animal in front of goal. They have to eventually end the bullsh*t of winning counts in voting(Or how many friends in high places you have.) Would be lovely to see him win it. As we know, it's a long shot.

It would be fantastic for the EPL and the England national team if he won it. They have to break the mould one year in how they decide who wins it. He ticks every box requirred to be a Ballon D'or winner. If Tottenham some how won the Champions League this year I reckon he'd be a lock. But hey, we all know the final 5 or so already for the next Ballon D'or. The voting is scandalous.
