Who has this? Do you enjoy it? Is it worth the money in your opinion?

I'm getting it currently included on my Foxtel subscription (Australian pay TV) but found it generally a bit underwhelming (so many ads, not enough shows, would prefer if they did a better job of highlighting live games including youth team)

What's your thoughts?

I had it a few years back. I thought it was good but the obvious killer was the lack of live matches (TV rights I know). I think the live commentary they do is good however

I have it and I enjoy having it. You get Blues news 5 days of the week, where you get insight on everything Chelsea. Also get the chance to see our exciting youth as they show the U23/U18 games. Plus when pre-season is on, you also have access to that. You can see all the youth games live on Chelsea TV. And if you have missed it live, you can always catch up with the complete highlights show in the week where it shows the highlights from first team down to U18 and even the ladies

Is it possible to add a poll?

It seems a small price to pay for keeping up with the news, the academy, the ladies etc etc etc, and you get to see all of the recent match replayed about 4 times in full. £5 a month with a month free, or £49 for the year. Excellent value.

That on top of everything else people pay for over the year, i don't think it's worth it. And you don't really need the channel to keep up with news about the club, i can find out everything that needs to be known online.

I can't stand the commentary on these fan channels either, it's too biased. If we are playing bad or a certain player is having a shocker, they won't really point it out. Also, every goal seem's to be over-exaggerated by the commentators. Most goals are brilliant from their point of view, even if it's just a tap in. It's hard to take the commentary seriously really.

I also think when the club makes bad decisions, they shouldn't be so on the fence about it. The opinions expressed don't come across honest enough. The only person that comes across honest with his opinions is Jason Cundy.

I have access to Chelsea TV but never watch it. That also applies to live/broadcast TV in general though, except for football, and Chelsea TV don't have our matches.

Much prefer their YouTube content, stuff like behind the scenes videos etc. are good. Feels like a the idea of dedicated TV channel seems a little out-dated these days, and without showing actual first team games (obviously due to rights, same for everyone), I never thought it was worth it particularly.

Sad as it may seem I've had CTV for about 10 years. Over the years the production values have improved but my biggest complaint is the reduction in the number of phone ins.

The Friday night phone in was great but they seem to have stopped it. Any controversial issues such as Costa or a lack of investment in the team seem to get edited out. Neil Barnett isn't on enough.

Overall it is value for money and I quite enjoy the biased commentaries.

Used to have it but have Virgin Tv now and for some reason they can't agree to show it on there. Sad thing is ex players have to keep their opinions tame as I found out whilst Jose was in charge. Tommy got sacked for upsetting Vias Boas, so you will only get a positive spin on things. Would have liked to see other programs made about different era teams instead of repeating stuff over and over.
