Totally! The previous posters made it abundantly clear and the discussion about that has been consumed. 
I find it hard to believe that a manager that has won 3 league titles in a row in Italy since 2012 and 2 Italian supercups in a row. Won the title in his first season with us after finishing tenth the previous one all of a sudden doesn't know what he is doing. 
I am very happy that we won yesterday and we still have an amazing chance to finish on champions league qualification. Let's show some appreciation and patience until summer where we will all know what the club intends to do.

Or plastics. As much as i want us to succeed as much as the next fan, I feel some people only care about the club since 2012 and hazard. A tiny part of me wouldn't mind not challenging for a few years as it might finally get rid of the ungrateful fans. 

£19m is dirt cheap. Palace are spending £10m on a guy from a Danish club and Preston are turning down £8m for a striker with 3 Championship goals this season.
I mean name a better option rather than moaning.

There's plenty wrong with having your expectations at a level where you can only tolerate  top 20 players, 3 of them, each window.  Especially considering the best teams win leagues, not the best players.

It's absurd the winging that's going on.  Imagine, IMAGINE, sit there and conjure a thought about the the uproar there would be if we were going after an unknown Spanish right back from Marseille for 9 million pounds right now.  I tell ya what, there would be some quotes for a generation there.

  

I agree with you, he's a lot better than people here are saying. How often does Giroud get on and score that last dich goal? He does it a lot and his all around play is very good. I'd have him over Crouch or Carrol any day. The price is high but I am a fan of football, not an accountant. But is he even available? I doubt it.

I think Giroud is a top player.  The price is a bit much if its true considering his age, but we are a bit desperate and its getting late in the window so we are bound to get fleeced.  Also he can play in the Champions League unlike Dzeko.  I'm happy with this, although I'd be happy to give Michy more opportunities.

i don't understand how one could even come to this conclusion after todays game. we absolutely dominated atletico, one of the strongest teams in the world the past five years. if not for a top four-five goalkeeper in the world and poor finishing we would have won by four-five goals.
conte's job is to set us up to defend properly as a unit, and attack cohesively enough that we create chances. he cannot be blamed for individual mistakes defensively (zappa failing to cover torres and baka failing to cover niguez) or poor finishing. 
(now if you blame him for the roma matches, i could give that to you, but we were in dire straits at that time, not just in cup competitions)

We've come up against some of the best side before and our players are experienced in it bar Moses, Kante and Alonso. 
Just give it our best shot.

Dominant performance from us I thought, Hazard is brilliant for me in the top 3 players in the world right now. Don't care who we get in the next round we can do anyone on our day! UTC! 

Never understood the mentality of avoiding the big clubs. What's the point of being in this competition if you want to avoid certain clubs. May as well test out your level 

We played really well but for the end product, lets not take away from the fact we bossed that match. You do feel we are a bit light weight in the goals department. We are one one world class attacking option away from the next level for me... compare it to City who from a best 11 point of view, I don't think are all that much better then us if at all, but if they need a goal they have so much to come of the benhc
