Give credit to Palace they have defended well, but I don't see them holding on for the 2nd half if Utd continue in this vain.   Don't forget this is only one training session under the new manager and they look 100% better than what they have been over the last few weeks.

Moura in the meantime scores a really well worked individual goal for mid-table Spurs

Well we keep hearing from the pundits how deep our squad is....the reality once we lose key players from the squad is not as deep as City's.  Liverpool hasn't got a strong squad either beyond about 13 players, but they may come unstuck at some point during the African Nations; if they don't get too many injuries though they the are the only team to really challenge City.

Worst reaults weekend ever. Overtake at the top, app our top 3 rivals one. Awful.

Wow! I knew about the control rule but I did not expect to be considered to be controlled when the keeper had his fingers touching the ball. Bizarre rule then.

it's to protect the goalkeepers. I can understand that they might want to discourage players from going in full force kicking so close to a goalkeepers hand, with the risk of injuring the goalkeeper.
