Fred's performance so far has totally outdone Saul's last night. I actually feel angry at how sh*t he is

that was class of fred to take out De Gea, really impressive, Saul can't even come close to his greatness

Most probably won't agree with me but very unsportsmanlike by Arsenal and Smith-rowe to score that goal.

Yes Fred caused the problem. Does not change the fact the keeper was down and possibly hurt.

Don't expect sporting from a side that scores goals using throw ins they should return to the opposition .

It's karma for that idiot fred who's always diving

Yeah but if the shoe was on the other foot, any Utd player wouldn't hold back the shot.

That goal doesn’t sit right with me, even if de gea got injured by his own man. Crapkinson bottled blowing his whistle…he knew it was wrong to play on..I give smith Rowe the benefit of the doubt that he may not have seen, but spirit of the game should make you allow Utd to equalise…but like with the Watford game, Arse show no class whatsoever

Don't care what United would or would not do. I just hope we would not, because it actually disgusts me.

Glad to see I am not alone in thinking this.

I think smith-rowe knew what he was doing or he would have apologized for it as it was wrong, plain and simple.

Right thing to do.

He did have a lot more time to realise what was going on, ESR might not have been aware that De Gea was on the ground, i agree if he was aware it would have been the right thing to not score. Maybe Arsenal should have done what Bielsa made his team do and let United score

Or Atkinson should make up for his mess up by giving United a pen. Cause Arsenal nor Mikel have ever had class to do the right thing.

Absolutely hilarious stuff. I think the goal was confirmed as soon as Mark ‘narrative’ ‘I don’t want to be the story’ Clattenburg said it was a goal.

In all seriousness, I’m fairly sure Atkinson was only putting the whistle to his mouth because he assumed he was about to get pelted with the ball by Smith-Rowe.

Ramsdale is so overrated. Everybody thinks his saves are amazing, but lot of the goals he concedes go through his hands because he is always trying to scoop them rather than palm them away.

Seems to be the natural successor to Hollywood Shay Given.

Yep, he's very similar to Given. De Gea just made one of those scoop saves. If that is Mendy, he gets both palms to it and pushes it to safety rather than straight back into the danger area.

only for utd VAR stops the game to change not so obvious mistake

I thought it was a clear error form the ref. Odegaard shouldn't be sliding from behind in the penalty area, and he caught him.
