James I'd prefer to stick at RCB but play in midfield when needed.

Essugo is going to go out on loan, Lavia and Hendo are not going to be relied on. So I'd suggest signing someone who can provide depth would be a good idea.

City may be using back channels to unsettle him and force the move. That's their best bet if they want him on the cheap but can't see the board letting this happen. I think we can cope without him and let things settle down for a few weeks.

If Anderson is worth £116m Enzo is worth more. City know this so they have to rely on the player to force the move. The problem is he has 5 years left on his contract and Chelsea can cope if he goes on strike.

I think it would have to be big price if he goes now.

I did not watch the game. Younes said that the bein sport presenter, who is also a jurno, said right before kickoff of palace vs city, that she has been led to believe city will offer 140mill euros in, yes you know what is coming, the next 24 hours!

More interesting is she said Palace expect this means we come in with a big offer for Wharton.

Deep inside I want the same. For some reason I think City got into his head big time and plan to lowball on deadline day. Also Maresca that prick, I had respect for him, but the way he talks, it's never "Chelsea" in his interviews, it is always "the club I was at", "the former club", "one of my other clubs". If they think they are smart I would tell them to f**k off on deadline day and put Enzo on the bench and tell him to take the club to court if he is unhappy about all this. He had a full summer to bring an offer to the club and nothing happened. Means he is not as good as he thinks he is.
