I've stood by Potter before, so typing this is not easy, but I think for his health and our teams future it is time to say goodbye. You have to question his understanding of the game when he plays Reece as a CB, denying one of the most potent attacking wing backs his preferred role, when  we have a "proper" CB sat on the bench. The message that sends is that he doesn't understand the strength's of his squad, or worse, he goes into games just trying not to lose. Potter looked visibly broken at times today, so he needs to leave, the sooner the better. I throw my two bob on to that Jules Bagelman to take over, no contract buy out, young and proven.

Whoever comes in needs a contract with a predefined target, That failure to meet negates any compensation payments. I think we would be better with an interim manager to the end of the season. Don't rush into a permanent deal.

We could also do with Paul McKenna, to make the players think like champions, instead of middle tablers.

When the Watkins goal went in my reaction was a shrug of the shoulders and a "well that's game then".

Based on these few games as a sample looks to me like Felix is not interested in looking to play in Mudryk, though given his miss, which is expected would be missed, it probably made no difference.

General apathy around the club at the moment. Losing is expected, as is the lack of goals

You know Tuchel did exactly the same

I don't recall that.

Someone needs to tell PotR to pick his best 11 and stick with them.

And maybe we need to stop playing Cucurella he comes over as very lightweight for a lb.

When it's going as shyte as it is now you do have to start wondering whether Potr has already lost the dressing room... his team selection and the position he plays our guys in must leave those on bench wondering why they aren't starting and those on the pitch wondering what the fck' am I doing here!

What is the kindergarder?  Anyhow, now you are asking me for an advice how to write.  Well. firstly formulate a thought in your head, assess it for logic, balance and factual value and then progress to expressing that thought in suitable words, further consecutively pressing those keys on your computer keyboard to type the chosen words.  Is it clear enough for you? Please don't thank me, I am just a helpful guy.

Haha did you chat got this ?

Charge sheet being prepared against him now-

1. Every single player has regressed under him for someone known to develop players 9 months is a long long time.  Forget players he started with a back 4 and was horrible at it to say the least.. switched to a back 5 and has managed to Fck that up too.

2. 30 games into the season and being 11th with that squad is criminal. To add to that a goal ratio of about 1 goal a game from the talent available on the pitch .

3. He hasn’t yet won against a single team above us and we are f**king in the bottom half. His selections are atrocious and the line up even worse.

4. Squad management has been pathetic. Freezes out the only striker in the squad when he knew Broja was out for the season. Ziyech had one foot out of the door and we are subjected to the horror of watching him play half arsed immediately after the window. Insistence  on playing limited limited players like C2, K2 over better options in the squad

5. absolutely disastrous management of young players - We see Fofana do well dropped for the next 45 and remaining matches.Lewis hall was a flavour of the month dropped after 2 matches- I really don’t know what he is doing with chukwumeka, playing Madueke as a wingback when he is an inside forward .. Mudryk after a blistering start not playing for the next two and now getting stuffed for a poor team performance when he should be protecting younger players..

he is an absolute disaster class in mid management- he needs to go along with the clown who recommended and brought him in. Yes TT was having a shocking few months too but I doubt we would have been f**king 11th with him in charge.

And all you've done on this forum is constantly slag people off who have been against appointing Potter.

Even came back after we won one game in ages to try and rub it in, unbelievable stuff.

And thats why I said it was hard to type - numbnuts. "Even came back after we won one game in ages to try and rub it in," - exactly where? I have been through my activity and have never made such a post... Please prove it or stfu...

I wanted to give my support for as long as it felt right to do so. Potter now has all the main players, bar Silva, available to him, if you can recall my support hinged on the fact we had such a depleted squad. That excuse no longer seems fit and the results remain poor. Well done you - complete guru - calling for Potters head earlier. I can live with a failed season, I could live with poor performances. I am sure that most of our issues are not of Potters making, not signing a striker is a real cock up, but not one made by him. Potter is a victim of circumstance, I'm sure he is not enjoying life right now, just look at his face and demeanor. What I find hard to forgive is the continued inability to stick with a team plan/ first eleven. Reece James playing CB is a really, really bad decision. Playing Cucarella & RLC when they're simply awful, equally bad. So yeah I have changed my mind somewhat. Just because i don't jump to quick and impulsive decisions like a 5 year old makes me a target. Wouldn't want you next to me in the trenches. TTFN

Potter is the victim of his mediocrity and lack of common sense.  The only decent and very useful thing for all Potter can do is to resign. Just to concede that he bit more than he could chew. His resignation would make things so much easy for everyone,  including Potters deteriorating mental health, but his greed holds out for a disgraceful kick up the arse in exchange of a massive payout. Resign and walk out with your head high up, or continue to humiliate yourself and all people around you and be remembered as the most ridiculed and despised manager of this club.

Calmed down until Wednesday...

It's strange, reading the reports and listening to them quote the stats etc the players on the pitch didn't do too badly.

The problem is obviously Potr:

1) Not playing our best eleven - Cucurella ? - Kante on bench ?

2) Playing our most gifted players out of position - James CB ? RLC WB ?

3) Not giving new guys enough time to get comfortable - Mudryk ?

4) Making defensive substitutions when he should be going for it - Everton game ?

5) Making rotational substitutions to in an effort to keep everyone happy when he should leave things alone and let the boys see out the game etc.  - Everton game ?

Potr simply doesn't know how to manage the large Chelsea squad he's got.

I feel sorry for the players because it's like they're playing with their hands tied behind their backs and now they've lost confidence in front of goal.

And of course half the squad must know they're going in summer... so what does that do for everyone? Todd Boehly has to take some blame, inflating the squad hasn't made it easy for Potr but ultimately Potr needed to manage that situation and he hasn't - he's failed.
