What’s the obsession with wanting a manager with a huge track record of winning trophies? Surely we want a hungry manager who will be the next one that every is talking about. As hard as it is to go through this as a fan we have bought young talent into the club so let’s get a manager who can grow with the team and be successful. It might take 2-3 years but Pochettino was close to winning the Prem and I bet he’s hungry to win it still. 

I'm telling you the best manager we can get is ANGE POSTECOGLOU. He's brilliant, young and been a success wherever he's gone. Check out his stats. Celtic might put up a fight but pretty sure he wants to manage EPL. Now Bagelman is out of the picture, i'd much rather have him than anyone else.

De Zerbi football is absolutely brilliant, his team has very specific playstyle and pattern. Even the movement of player individually is fantastic. It is quite clear that they are well and heavily coached. 

However with brighton you are working with middle tier talent, you can coach the team to play exactly the way you want to play. So it is about you not the player. When you move to top club, you are working with top talent, it is completely different. You can't tell Hazard do a, b n c.  So it is more about the player than the manager. 

It is a bit similar to Sarri. De Zerbi ball imo is much more fun than sarriball but it is quite similar in term of its rigidity. When sarri moved to juve, I knew exactly that he won't last.
