This is a great take. We could have hired Pep or Carlo and still been rubbish because the rot is at board level. 
Good on Frank for coming in to help. Does nothing to dent him either as a player or a manager here. His 4th place with a transfer ban playing the kids remains one of the most fun Chelsea seasons in recent memory.

Why would we let Pochettino anywhere near the club until the season is over. He has a big enough job winning the fans over before he starts building a squad that’s Top 4 material. Let us play the younger or lesser Prem experienced players until the end of the season then they know what to prepare for next season.  I’m sure Super will hand over a big file to Pochettino on players that want to play for us and ones that need ditching straight away!

What’s the obsession with wanting a manager with a huge track record of winning trophies? Surely we want a hungry manager who will be the next one that every is talking about. As hard as it is to go through this as a fan we have bought young talent into the club so let’s get a manager who can grow with the team and be successful. It might take 2-3 years but Pochettino was close to winning the Prem and I bet he’s hungry to win it still.

I think the problem lies a whole lot deeper than Potter the owners focus is on a new stadium and our brand in America and Asia etc. The football side we all wait to see all week is f*****d until they wake up and see it.  I’m not fooled by splashing all the transfer cash Potter won’t of known about half of these new players joining.

V Everton and we bring on defensive sub after sub. What a clown we have as manager. 

So I’ve never been a keep Potter fan but one thing about his failure is his back room staff. Our coaches have always had top notch assistants. Potter is overwhelmed by the size and scale of our club but equally he’s not got a Steve Holland type supporting him. Everytime I see him talking to his assistants they all look more clueless than him and that’s saying something. Get Enrique in and get our club firing again! 

I’m not surprised he wants to go back to Inter, let’s face it any mediocre striker can score 20 goals a season in Serie A. The Prem is tough and he knows that. He probably knows that he doesn’t get away with his awful first touch as much in the Prem too. He’s 28 and at his age he should be more careful what he says to the media. Let’s see how forgiving the crowd is on Sunday because after these comments he either wins us the game or he’s going to take some stick. Personally I hope TT stamps on this quickly because we don’t want more player power costing a brilliant manager his job again.

Tuchel!! Do me a favour we will all be back on here wanting another manager by Easter. A manager who has won in a 1 team league is not what we want. As crazy as it sounds if Roman and Marina decide to call time on Super Frank we need to go for Brendan Rogers. He has proved he can manage youth and experience plus he would bring a decent coaching staff with him which in my opinion is Franks downfall. Get Stevie Holland back to help him.

The scousers whole game plan is to win with crosses and they don’t have a big target man. We just don’t have any movement with Tammy or Giroud. 

For me this isn’t all about Frank and if he’s good enough yet to get us challenging for the title. He needs a better no.2. I’m not saying get rid of Jody because it made perfect sense for him to stay working with this group of young players, after all he got a lot of them to the fringes of the first team squad but Frank needs a Stevie Holland type figure. I’m not sure defending is Franks strong point but if he had the support of a real good experienced no.2 it would change everything. Look at the staff Jose had that follow him everywhere but he always had a solid no.2. Personally I think a better no.2 would be our best transfer of this window. Someone who knows how to organise and CL experience. 

That 2nd kick of the cap was quite impressive........ shame he can’t show Higuain how to be as accurate in front of goal.

Out. OSticking with my original view. Seems to be lots of short memories on here. Passing teams to death but no cutting edge, getting hammered 4-0 by Bournemouth (without doubt  the worst defeat of the season in my view). Same subs week after week and the main point he’s only started playing CHO and RLC in the last quarter of the season.

I’m guessing most people on this thread have enjoyed the last 15 years of success? Winning trophies, watching great players at times some real attacking fast football. We had all that with all those different managers. Personally I don’t care if we have a new manager every season as long as we win something and put in great performances when it matters. No way do I want a Wenger or Pochettino type manager, what have they won for all their publicity.........F All.
The only way I’m prepared to give a manager time is if he agrees to play our youth then I agree we should be patient and build a future trophy winning side (look at England). Sticking with Sarri with ready made stars is a joke he doesn’t have the credentials to make it work.

I mean no way were Everton going to play that badly in the second half. He’s out of his depth here he has to go now. I’m f****d off with the same tactics the same team the same slow play. Dispossessed is completely different to passing the ball to the opposition. Which by the way I don’t have the stats but after being there and seeing him it was easily double figures. It’s not his fault it’s just like the manager both are out of their depth in the English Prem.

Did you see the huddle before the pen shoot out and the desire in the players. I’m in the Sarri out camp but he was in the middle of that group and I was surprised at how together they all looked. I’m not buying the player power thing this time I think it’s just a simple case of Serie A is slower and easier than the Prem and Sarri is out of his depth here. 

I’m done with this now.............what a load of s***e! The guy hasn’t got a clue. How can you be outrun by Bournemouth, they looked faster and picked us off at will. Get rid of Sarri he’s out of his depth in this league. I mean where is RLC and CHO from the start it’s a joke.

Walker, Danilo, Barkley, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Lukaku, Llorente. I wouldn't be surprised if it's more either. A club of our stature being rejected by SIX players in one window is really poor. If this happened to any other club we would be laughing our ass's off.
