Chelsea vs Spurs (FA CUP) - 22nd April 2017
Sorry no, I'm not a great one for taking photos anyway (though I have got one of Yorkley, Liam and me!) and we didn't actually walk down Wembley way, but cut down the side!

Thought at first you meant that you were nervous about meeting me then! I think most of us were nervous about the match though. The second half was definitely a bit nerve racking though on reflection, they had few shots on target. I'm looking forward to rewatching to watch it properly without the nerves!

I'd have fallen over three times in the queue for beer at half time if I was a spurs player.

f**king great day out! Voice gone. Great to meet up with @yorkleyblue and @liamseden. Hugging random strangers at each goal is always good. But boy it was tense at times. Bit pissed now.

Thanks - we'll avoid West Hampstead then - there's a problem with the overground anyway so that was making it less appealing anyway. I think the Green Man will be the easiest.

@Barn what pub do you think? We might as well try to get to the same place as you I guess as we haven't got any other idea how to choose where to go!

We went to the Green Man before - reasonably easy to find and big garden. Or we could go away from Wembley if we want somewhere quieter? My son recommended somewhere in West Hampstead. I don't know any of the others so you choose.

How do I find out what pubs we've been allocated? Need to know where to meet @yorkleyblue and @liamseden!

Following Our Nearest & Dearest Rivals, 2016/2017
Oh for f**k's sake. Just went on the BBC website to check the score and there is a picture of Ozil sucking his thumb in celebration. I know it shouldn't matter, but this sort of thing is just wrong - why does he think this is a good celebration? It sucks! (ha, ha!)

He couldn't be worse! He was truly abysmal for us - he seemed to trip over every time he got near the ball.
-
who else is feeling more skeptical about winning the league as each fixture approaches?
I think I was just about to relax when we lost to Palace and then it was like "bloody hell, if we can lose at home to Palace, we can lose anything". Ironically that was the one game I wasn't too concerned about. Just shows, I need to keep worrying!

Chelsea Kits for the 2017/18 season
Yeah me too - just Chelsea blue, don't like stripes or patterns. I can cope with a white collar - reminds me of our shirt back in the 70s as worn by Butch.

who else is feeling more skeptical about winning the league as each fixture approaches?
I've been studying the remaining games - why is it that I am even more worried now? I see all their games as winnable and all of ours as loseable! Bloody hell, it's worrying!

That sounds good Maks I'll have a look at that. I use Fotmob which I find pretty quick to keep up with the scores and you can aer alerts for goals, sendings off etc I currently have it set to say a sort of quiet "yes" when we score which frankly is a bit creepy so I think I'll go back to a cheer. And a groan if we concede. Hate hearing that.

Cesc Fabregas
Yeah of course I knew what you meant. But I think it'd be ok to concentrate with a happy, buoyant feeling than with bad news for instance.

I always liked Jean-Louis Akpa-Akpro - purely for his name. And I always reckon that Abu Ogogo MUST have the nickname Einstein because I always sing this when I hear his name

Cesc Fabregas

The problem with the match thread if you're not following the game is that so many people say things like "f**king hell" without explanation so you think we've conceded when it's just something like a missed chance. Does my nerves no good at all.
