Traore got in the ACON team of the tournament. Has anyone been keeping tabs on him at Ajax? I think he would be useful as a squad player for anywhere in the front 3 in the future.

I think it says a lot that he's banging in these goals for a team that is near the bottom of the table. I think a premier league loan would be good but I'm terrified of him going somewhere and not getting minutes and thus killing his momentum and development. It has happened so many times with our loans. So frustrating. Otherwise bring him back and let him compete with bats for the #2 spot.

I would be ecstatic if he came back and worked with our youth in some capacity. He is the perfect example for young footballers. His professionalism and work ethic were second to none. I also remember reading how he would clean the boots of the senior players when he was up and coming. This kind of attitude and respect is something that all young people, not just footballers, need to be taught.

does anyone remember when he scored 2 headers vs Liverpool in the champions league? If memory serves me right, he was fairly unknown at the time.

Moses has been good and deserves a start Michy has also impressed me and I think it's a perfect game to give our 33 million pound signing a fair run out

I honestly think the board should ask Eden for his opinion in this matter. I can see Eden getting upset about us pulling thorgan out of a good situation and offloading him somewhere less ideal just for a quick buck.

In times like these I think it's healthy for everyone to remember this match as well as that whole CL campaign. Absolutely magical. We may not be respected much right now but no one can take this night away from us. This was an absolute fairytale. I believe we were considered underdogs in almost every stage of the competition but we just kept fighting. That CL run has made me so proud to be a Chelsea fan and I still am and always will be. KTBFFH!!!!!

Who would replace him in the team right now with JT and zouma injured? The only option I could think of is put Ivan in the middle with azpi and Alonso on the outsides

Does anyone ever wonder if Mikel's style/lack of ambition is a bad example for other players in the squad? I know we need squad players but he has seemed so content with being a squad player for so long. I don't know, maybe it's just me. And make no mistake, I like Mikel and I think he's an asset to the squad.

This squad just reeks of complacency in my opinion. I just don't get a sense of hunger, intensity, and desire from a lot of our players. Costa can drive me nuts sometimes but at least he plays with fire. I think we could use some more grit in our squad. As far as conte goes- I think he's the right man. His passion is unquestionable and I believe he has a footballing brain to go with it.

I even love his goal celebration. A jump with a sort of half punch. I want him to make it here badly. Looks like a guy who has fire in his belly and truly loves scoring. We need this.
