Thank you Roman for proving you're still a clueless, impulsive owner that would never sustain stability in any level. Done for me at this point, he's nothing more than a dollar sign now, him and his pathetic board.

A complete disgrace of a decision, we lost our greatest ever, this time? Forever. And no, no mentally strong unit to carry us through it. We lost Mourinho because of a bunch of spineless cowards who couldn't cope with any sort of pressure.

You know what happens now right? We're going to go through mediocrity with occasional greatness while Jose Mourinho continues to win at the highest level. Even better, you know what happens if he stays in the PL? He comes back and beats us, again and again and win titles. Remember this is a manager with 50% success at winning PL titles, what we have is a group who never won without him.

Thank you Jose, for every time you were happy like us, for every time you were sad like us, for every time you cared like us, unlike them. The best.

This is the same player who last season was arguably back to being the world's best in his position. Nothing has changed physically, nothing has changed mentally. He's still our best and has plenty left in him from what we can see. This is not a footballing decision in any way. The working process in this club, owner to board is rotten and needs complete overhaul for this club to move forward and get back to the top. The decisions we have seen this season are unbelievable, mind-bogglingly stupid.

JT can still contribute to any team in the world at the highest level and once again other teams can benefit from our board's incompetence.

Even though Woodward is pretty much a clown, at least they're actually supporting their managers there. Mourinho building his team with full control professionally means success. He wouldn't have some useless, unqualified rat sitting two rows above the bench waiting to pass misleading info with rotten agendas. Mourinho's Utd are probably winning the title next year with a few smart additions. We're probably winning our board's favorite game, "Roman's lunatic musical chairs".

Classic, assured and organized JT performance tonight, best player on the pitch. Give him his contract already.

This is a complete different situation. Lamps was already at the end of his career, he could've easily avoided that City spell and ending up as a "clean" Chelsea legend.
Cech was already a different situation, he was forced out but still in the prime of his career.
But Jose is 52, he has like 20 years left in his managerial career. He was sacked in 2007, but came back because he loves this club, and now after winning the title + league cup and committing his future to Chelsea, he got sacked AGAIN.
I lost the count how many times he said things like:" I want to stay forever" or "I stay as long as the owner and board wants me to".
His family and him love England, so If he wants to stay in England, Chelsea is not an option anymore. What do you expect him to do? Reject offers from big clubs and coach in the championship?
We just wasted the chance to create a dynasty with a fully committed world class manager who loves us. You can't blame him to go for his professional career when he already gave us a second chance.

Mourinho is a true legend and stand up bloke. He trusted and played his best squad every game. I would have preferred he singled out any disruptive influences or so called bad apples, brought in our loanees to replace them and see us through until the end of the season. Unfortunately Mourinho has too much pride and integrity to single out individuals and we're left with a possibly divided dressing room without arguably the worlds best manager...

oh, and this last season's work load was too much is complete bullsh*t also because the work load last season is exactly what it took to win the league and especially the double.
If that's too much then clearly these are not players capable of repeating the feat.
So why the f**k did we just fire our best ever manager to appease them?

He's saying it like he's not sue himself like he read it in the papers or saw it on TV.
I think it's fine to talk about his disgraceful performances on the pitch but I think it's unfair to label him a rat and accuse him of saying something we don't even know was said, he's also backed Jose publically more than once,

For now it's all speculation but it's weird and rare to hear Nevin points the finger at one individual, there's probably something there and it's not hard to believe. Fabregas is not and never will be Chelsea, he has been an absolute disgrace on the pitch alone, without adding anything else. Easily the worst player on the pitch in 90% of the games he played. I still remember him coming on for 15 minutes against Newcastle away, carelessly giving the ball away 4-5 times and walking back to stop the counter. If I need to bet he's poisoning the dressing room the same way he does on the pitch. He's a liability anyway that should never have a starting place in a top club with ambition to win everything, he was at one, they threw him out. He belongs at Arsenal with the rest of the mentally weak bottlers.

With Hazard it's different but can you really go from consistently one of the best performers in the team to the unproductive disaster he has been this season? 2 assists in 30 games or something? Not buying that which is a shame because I liked the player but he showed his true personality, he's not going to be the great he could have been, he has the talent to do it but lacks the killer instinct. He doesn't have it in him.

Get rid of this group of backstabbing pieces of sh*t, unfortunately we have too many of them now to actually do it, from the players to the staff to the board.

Oh, Scolari got sacked less than half a season after winning the double?  AVB won 3 BPL titles and smashed a record each time with CFC?

Ya, I guess the standards are different for managers who are our most successful ever and just tasted great success versus managers who acheived nothing.  I suppose that difference also translates to players who have won everything under the sun with this club and have a firm bond with the fans versus players who've (comparatively)  barely tasted success with the club and some of which have been here not much longer than a season....and sold out the manager who brought huge success to them and the club.

This is bullsh*t.  If I could deliver drywall for an average of 12 hours a day for a year and a half and "not be run into the ground" then how the f**k can a footballer cry about their work load being too much?  Never mind I didnt make in that year in a half what they did in a week,  This is bullsh*t and shows nothing more than the lack of mental toughness from some of these players.  Boo hoo, I have to train a few hours a day and its all diddums.

You never hear it from serial winners.  You never hear it from players grateful to make a living playing the game.  I can't recall ever hearing a player with genuine affection for any club citing this BS while playing for them.

You hear it from whiners who need an excuse for why they shouldn't have to try their hardest every time.  You certainly don't hear it from "our boyfriends" mentioned above, all of whom have put in more of those "grueling" seasons and often staying on the pitch and influencing the game while carrying injuries.

Also saying that the same group of players won the league last season, while ignoring the fact that they only did it under Mourinho. Then basically saying that we're in a position we're in because the players aren't following instructions from him like they did last season when we dominated. So who is the problem here? The one with the proven winning formula or the spineless, unprofessional cowards who are disgracing the shirt?

Emenalo is a useless leech that's embarrassing the club with every day he is in the position he's in. Get this f**king disease out of the system as fast as possible, although now it's too late. We already lost. This day has been disastrous for the club, from the announcement to this pathetic interview, permanent damage.

Assuming Guardiola wanted to buy ten players if he became manager then doesn't that vindicate Jose's position that we needed to refresh the squad during the summer transfer window hence making those higher up in charge look more incompetent for not backing him with funds but most importantly realising that Jose's hands were somewhat tied this season due to the staleness of the playing squad.

I don't care who replaces him because whether it's Guardiola or someone else they won't live up to Roman and the board's unrealistic expectations and they'll be gone within a year or two (three years max) so there's no point being emotionally invested about it and we'll keep going around in circles again and again. This was the club's one chance of stability and they f**king blew it away in a heartbeat!

The fact that they sacked Jose so brutally (not once, but twice) speaks volumes as to why I'll never fully back or support this administration that contains incompetent people and those who tow the company line like Emenalo did yesterday.

I hope when John hangs up his boots he comes out and tells us just what has gone on and who the snakes are in the dressing room.
That picture of the two greatest figures in Chelsea's long history is now heart-breaking to look at. 2 leaders, 2 men who would run through brick walls for the club but just 2 men and 2 men against the rest....they stood no chance.
